In this ale you can also taste dough with gluten-free sourdough and wholemeal yeast.

16/02/2024: Honestly, I was a little disappointed, the coffee was 1.50 not even at Ginori (Castiglioncello). I won't go back there again, doing the calculations via phone doesn't seem the best to me.

The wines on offer are excellent, also valid for wines by the glass and those of the house. Excellent value for money, perfectly maintained and obsessively clean place. 18/10/2023: Very nice restaurant, with lots of seating, both indoors and outdoors, a stone's throw from the sea and close to the center of Vada. Varied menu and quality products! The Tuscan style pizza, therefore low and crunchy, and the fried food are very good. Always precise and friendly service, ready to satisfy any request.

12/02/2024: Nice place, exaggerated prices, they charged us €16 for an appetizer consisting of a bit of raw ham and three croutons, in the end for 4 appetizers (there were six of us), a pizza and a dessert we spent €38 each. I really don't think we'll go back, the smell is good anyway

Reservation taken for 9pm. We arrive and are told to hurry because the kitchen and pizzeria are about to close. (They could have told us about their hours when booking...). We order quickly, get ready for 2EURO every time you want to add an ingredient to the pizza. While we finished the pizza they took our plate away, my boyfriend was still chewing the last piece. Not even that. I'm sorry but that's not how it's done. I don't think we will go back again, we spent a lot for 4 pizzas and 4 drinks and the service was not nice at all.

31/10/2023: Maybe I had too many expectations about this pizza which had been recommended to me by friends. Instead, it could also be due to personal taste, it didn't seem like anything special to me, especially due to the seasoning. I would save the dough instead.

04/04/2024: I tried this restaurant twice, once I ordered pizza and the second time an appetizer and seafood first course. I wasn't very enthusiastic about the dishes, the normal pizza was nothing exceptional, the seafood dishes were also a little too salty... However, the environment is quiet and the staff are friendly.
12/02/2024: Siamo andati in questo ristorante una domenica a pranzo. Ambiente normale, molto casereccio. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti, due primi e un dolce. Gli antipasti e il dolce buoni, ma i primi hanno lasciato molto a desiderare. Porzioni molto abbondanti (quasi troppo), con sughi non buoni, il mio sembrava quasi solo un sugo al pomodoro. Conto senza nemmeno aver preso il vino maggiore di €80.
Decisamente troppo visto il servizio e la qualità dei piatti.

30/10/2023: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante in piazza a Vada. Ottima pizza parmigiano, melanzane e focaccia ripiena con ingredienti di qualita'. Buono anche il contorno di patate fritte. Inoltre il locale e' ben curato e accogliente. Ci tornero' sicuramente.

It took 1 hour for me to have a simple marinara pizza (pizza only with tomato sauce) they don't know what a cheesecake is, I ordered one and what they gave me was a spoon of Nutella with 3 drops of pana and some cake left over. The food is OVER PRICED €18.50 for that. Only go there if you want to waste your money.
NON ASSOLUTELY RACCOMING THE QUESTION POSTED!!!!! NON ANDATECI! Now it's time to have one more pizza marinara (solo pizza with salsa di pomodoro), I don't even have a cheesecake, I don't even have one order and what I did was a Nutella cucchiaio with 3 slices of pan and Which advance di pie. The receipt is COSTLY, €18.50 per item. Andateci solo se vollete sprecare i vostri soldi.

I enjoyed the tagliolini and seafood ravioli, a delicacy.
So do the appetizers.
01/10/2023: Today we stop at the LA CONCHIGLIA restaurant in Castiglioncello.
Located in the central Via Fucini where the most famous shops in the town are located.
The service is friendly but a little slow.
Typical Livorno cuisine with excellent fish dishes.
The freshness of the raw material brings out the flavors making them tasty and tasty.
Prices in line with the quality.
