19/03/2024: Place located in Mola di Bari, not very large but with a large car park. The menu is presented in Pokè style where you choose a base and you can add various ingredients (some free of charge, others at a cost of 0.50 cents up) Personally I preferred the old menu where there was also the possibility of having coupons via email . I would like to point out that the sandwiches are not served with potatoes for free and this is a big flaw but in any case the sandwich is quite acceptable. Maybe I'll return.

02/04/2024: Wary about booking in a restaurant on Easter Monday given the negative precedents, I had to change my mind in the experience I had in this place where I found quantity and above all quality which, considering the price paid, is truly excellent.... the menu in question it's €50, where I and another couple of friends (we were 4 adults and 3 children) had a really great lunch... I'm writing this review because lately paying and leaving the table satisfied with what you paid has become really difficult ...my feeling and that of those with me was completely different, we got up from the table fully satisfied... The dishes were as follows: 6 courses of starters (octopus salad, prawns in pink sauce, stuffed mussels, rice, potatoes and mussels, aubergine rolls, fried anchovies) encore of rice, potatoes and mussels and stuffed mussels, 2 first courses as per the menu with the addition of a 3rd first course (offered by the owner), a second course: baked sea bass, sorbet of your choice, lemon or mandarin, fruit: pineapple and mellone, desserts: calciomussi, cannoli, Neapolitan pastiera and other desserts, coffee and bitters; as drinks 5 bottles of red rosé wine, water and unlimited coca cola... For the children, a nice plate of raw ham and mozzarella, a first course of orecchiette and sauce and a second course of potatoes with cutlet (€30)... one of the guests requested a nice plate of raw seafood with the sole addition of €10 ....we didn't pay anything extra... The environment is welcoming as it is located in a quiet area of ​​Mola where there is easy parking, the restaurant seats 70/90 people and is quite comfortable... I would highly recommend this place for the very good quality of the food (which has currently become really difficult), the hospitality of the staff and above all the availability of the same...a heartfelt thanks to the staff of the structure and there will be many other opportunities to frequent this place (thank you very much Giuseppe)!

05/04/2024: When you want to describe the catering (quality, professionalism, cleanliness, details, and customer care) you have to go to this place on the seafront, very fresh fish, excellent starters, first courses and side dishes, the chef discreetly asks if everything is to your liking, explaining every detail, the service it's excellent, punctual and non-invasive, I've been to several places, this is definitely one of the best, I'll be back

20/03/2024: I was recently at this cafe and I have to say it was a memorable dining experience. Located in the square, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff immediately put me at ease. The most surprising aspect of this bar was the aperitif, but what struck me most were the meatballs, both the bread and meat ones. Furthermore, the selection of cocktails and wines was extensive and of high quality, ensuring that every sip was a pleasure for the palate.

Puglia is a region full of passion and love for food and it seems that Terramare Bio embodies these qualities perfectly. All the courses were excellent and the panoramic view made the atmosphere even more magical! My compliments go to the owners of the restaurant and the dining room staff for having created such a special reality, where happiness mixes with the goodness of Apulian food. 15/03/2024: Niko is a wonderful host. Friendly and very polite. He made us wonderful swordfish and clams. At our request, he prepared seafood the next day. The surprise was that they were raw in a special sauce. They tasted very good. We have never eaten such miracles. The main course was pasta with shrimps in tomato sauce. Yummmmm. Fingers lickin' good. Dessert - homemade lemon sorbet - simply heavenly. 😍😍😍 We will definitely visit here again. Thank you very much for making our culinary dreams come true. See you ❤️

21/03/2024: I came with three friends, we ate very well and managed to taste almost everything. The service was also fantastic, the guy was helpful and clear. I think the roasted octopus is the best dish on the menu. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will be back.

05/04/2024: I thought I was on cherzi aside I struggle to understand how you can put more than one dot on paper plates, plastic cups and cutlery when you realize the reality and too late you believe that in some way it can improve something instead? No nightmare, embarrassing appetizer, second courses, no comments, a trattoria in front of three fishmongers that brings you olives, meatballs, omelette, bread with rocket, aubergines with peppers, burrata and four mussels with tomato, a limp fried dish and a roasted and burnt octopus without seasoning and finally sorbet concise, indescribable service, I repeat, you think it's all a joke but instead the nightmare is real!!!! Once the menu is made and decided by them, not written and without the possibility of variation, a positive note is the speed of making you understand that you have to leave (I advise you, there is no need, someone can't wait to go out)
