31/03/2024: Terrible experience is an understatement. We start by arriving at 1pm, table for 16 people, they probably thought we had booked for 16 children, because adults at such a small table was unimaginable. Very crowded place, which is why they decided to position the chairs zero cm away from each other. We were attached not only to the guests at our table but also to those at the neighboring table, practically one and the same. The appetizers arrive. Ricotta which is clearly not fresh, prawns in a cocktail sauce which are unacceptable, swordfish carpaccio as well, let's save the first impression with the fried food. They take away the appetizer and after the first exhausting wait the first course arrives (we discovered that the first and second courses would have been served at the same time for everyone so we had to adapt to the table times that started long after us): rice with shellfish; we save a few prawns just to appease our hunger and leave the rice, a pitiful tasteless glue. At the table there is a vegetarian menu, they bring fresh pasta in a sea of ​​orange sauce that we cannot initially decipher, but after tasting we understand that it is a sauce with fish (fish for a vegetarian???), which is also inedible. Second exhausting wait, the second first course arrives: ravioli with bacon and vegetables, in a sauce that is worse than those in a jar. Yet another endless wait, the second one arrives. Baby menu: cutlet and chips, completely raw meat. They make it again, out of 4 babies 3 cooked cutlets come back, after more than half an hour the fourth arrives, again raw. Adult menu: fish fillet (stringy, inedible, certainly cooked days before and with 4 cm bones, in the face of the fillet) and two very raw prawns. In all this they never took away the empty bottles from the table, we had a collection of about 20 empty ones on the skimpy table. The dishes arrived after an endless wait and you had to wait longer to get clean cutlery. Lunch finished at 5.50pm. 5 hours of lunch which was a real torture. I would only recommend this place if you decide to ruin someone's occasion. The only positive side is the helpful and polite staff. However never never never again! 45 euros per person wasted.

I have been recommending it by word of mouth for 15 years and I reiterate it virtually as I intend to return for the next 15 years! ... tops

Alessandra and her team made this evening unforgettable in every respect. The service was impeccable, with attentive and courteous staff who took care of every detail, making sure everything was perfect for Paolo's party. The dinner was delicious, with delicious dishes and impeccable presentation. Thank you so much to Alessandra and all the staff for making this moment so special for our son and for all of us. We can't wait to return in the future!

We booked the location for an 18th and as agreed he would notify us for a few days if there were other requests and then define the details. While after less than 5 days she was assigned for another event, trying to pass us off (three people as we had seen that she had made a note on the booking diary) as false, not remembering the agreements made.
