28/03/2024: Very nice, well-kept restaurant with a romantic atmosphere. Small but nice. Excellent and traditional Salento cuisine. Enjoy hearty dishes from sea and land.
Very friendly staff. You can feel the passion in the management of the restaurant and the kitchen. Highly Recommended!

30/10/2023: We spent our last evening at Palazzo Guglielmo in the hotel's own restaurant. We had so much fun with our waitress Katjuscha (I hope I wrote down her name correctly here) that for a moment I had the feeling that we were filming with a hidden camera. Katjuscha is more of an entertainer than a waitress and the evening was simply fantastic. Oh well, there was also food and drink and there wasn't the slightest thing to complain about. Everything very tasty! Kind regards from Angelo and thank you very much for this experience!
12/10/2023: Endroit qui ne mérite pas le détour sinon en sens inverse pour fuir. Passez votre chemin. De l'entrée au plat, rien n'était frais ! Dommage car il s'agissait de poisson. Les anges n'étaient pas à notre table ! Hélas malgré la gentillesse de la serveuse.

13/10/2023: Se si vuole ritrovare la cucina autentica salentina quando sei in vacanza bisogna andare nell'agriturismo Montenachiro di Vignacastrisi . Lo chef è molto abile e dopo aver collaborato con illustri colleghi nel nord Italia ha deciso di tornare a casa nel Sud per far scoprire e riproporre con successo la cultura culinaria della tradizione contadina locale , antica di decenni.
02/10/2023: Posto molto bello con prodotti tipici di produzione propria della cucina salentina. Piatti gustosi e abbondanti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo...

Staff simpatico e accogliente
20/09/2023: Nei dintorni di Castro Marina, una opzione valida per assaggiare i piatti locali, in particolare le orecchiette, condite secondo varie ricette. Posto tranquillo con tavoli anche in un cortile all' aperto. Accoglienza e cucina familiare, qualche gatto e il cagnolone di casa vi faranno una discreta ed educata compagnia durante la permanenza. Vale una sosta.

17/08/2023: Nella campagna salentina a due passi dal paese, questa struttura agrituristica offre ciò che il turista vorrebbe trovare. Grandi spazi molto curati, immersi nella natura e con una ristorazione curata ricca e molto varia.
Servizio attento e cordiale.
