I migliori ristorantinella città Salve della Lecce

03/10/2023: In assoluto una delle migliori cene del mio soggiorno salentino, tanto da ritornarci subito la sera successiva, tanto eravamo rimasti soddisfatti. Siamo stati consigliati dalla nostra titolare del b&b di Morciano di Leuca di provare questo locale, se eravamo in cerca della vera cucina del posto, ed aveva assolutamente ragione. Nelle due serate in cui siamo andati, abbiamo provato piatti diversi (una menzione particolare al "Carosello", un insieme di antipasti uno più buono dell'altro, dalle polpette, ai fiori di zucca e ricotta col miele, alla bufala con marmellata di pere....la mia bocca ha ancora l'acquolina), e non siamo mai stati delusi. Il menù non è troppo ampio, e lo ritengo un punto di merito, soprattutto quando la qualità è così alta. Anche i primi sono di tutto rispetto, per non parlare delle bombette prese come secondo. Sapori che ancora ci sogniamo, peccato che la terza sera fosse quella della partenza, altrimenti avremmo fatto il tris. Una menzione poi per il titolare Antonio e tutta la sua squadra: sempre cpn il sorriso, pronti a spiegare il piatto e consigliare, oltre ad avere una gentilezza che ormai non è scontata. Il prezzo è più alto di quello di altre trattorie, ma assolutamente in linea, se non addirittura basso, se rapportato al menù ed alla assoluta qualità del cibo. Se capitate da quelle parti, fidatevi, e andate da Antonio!

29/09/2023: Went there on our last night in Salve and got somewhat disappointed. The food was average and the interior of the place also nothing special. It's decent food, i just weren't impressed by the atmosphere. The staff and service was good!

31/03/2024: Had lunch in this restaurant on Easter Sunday, with an à la carte menu. Finely prepared dishes, with excellent quality fish: Tuna in a phyllo crust, cod with artichokes, grilled cuttlefish and sweet and sour chicory tips, all super good. The starters are rich and excellent. We had two first courses: spaghetti with sea urchins and linguine with sardines... everything was mouth-watering. We didn't order anything else because we were full. The service is fast, punctual and professional. The place is particular, traditional and well-kept. Compliments to Tina, the chef. Eating with her is always a guarantee. To order he also prepares tajedda (or tiella) which is delicious. We will definitely return to the Borghetto.

22/03/2024: Following a visit to this restaurant, in low season! We did not book for your information! I saw the Google reviews, which made us want to find out! 2 rooms.. one with fireplace and another. We were put alone in the second room (alone in the world, really apart from the Italian population 😂) I see an employee passing by with a “Frozen Fish” bin at the base, it’s a catering restaurant (we’re 10km from the sea, in short) The pompom… it’s dessert! We ask for 2 tiramisu!! Okay 👍🏻 At first glance, we wonder why there is liquid cream.. ultimately we quickly understood.. that it was frozen and put in the microwave! It was tiramisu ice cream!!! 🥵🥵 I ask the waitress (maybe the boss), she explains to me that it is made in the kitchen but “mascarpone doesn’t keep” so I have to freeze it! Anyway... I don't recommend this restaurant! We are in Italy.. I really imagined eating a good fresh tiramisu.. Déeeeeçuuuuu 😰 I think fish and tiramisu are foods that cannot be kept 🤭

31/10/2023: Pizza di ottima fattura, che fa della sua forza proprio l'ottimo prodotto, locale essenziale quasi spartano, lavora molto con l'asporto.

12/10/2023: Es war ein wirklich schöner Abend. Es gibt nur Paella und man muss diese vorbestellen. Es war sehr gut und das Restaurant hatte ein angenehmes und authentisches Ambiente. Das essen war vorzüglich!

10/12/2023: If I could I would have given 10 stars and I'm not exaggerating. Staying at Lido del Sol for 12 days made our holiday in Puglia a wonderful experience. I found this beach by chance choosing it from the recommended ones and I was lucky. We felt like we were in an affordable luxury place. Andrea the owner is a wonderful person. A gentleman despite being very young. Hospitality, professionalism and kindness are its prerogatives. Every day he, his wonderful mother and all the staff welcomed us with extreme kindness. We chose the relaxation area on a well-kept lawn and in the shade of two splendid gazebos. The beach is a stone's throw away. You walk along a pier and immediately a beautiful glimpse of a splendid sea opens up. Aladdin, Fami and the others welcomed us. We didn't choose the umbrella on the beach because we enjoyed the splendid sea and there was the lawn waiting for us for the sun. Applause also goes to Detjona who is always attentive to the needs of her guests. Lido del Sol is the right place for all ages. My children had access to an outdoor gym. Every day two hours of training and then diving into the water. We adults have the relaxation area on the lawn, the children have various games and entertainment. The bar is well stocked, the restaurant is excellent, the showers are hot. Andrea takes care of every detail from morning to night. We attended two evenings on Friday and had a lot of fun, dancing and eating. As a Campanian, finding excellent pizza elsewhere is not easy. The pizza here is delicious, very light and crunchy dough. On Friday 28th July we tried the spaghetti with seafood. Octopus, prawns, mussels, clams, lobster, lobsters and much more as well as lots of pasta cooked in a spectacular way in every sense (two people could eat from one dish, it's so big). My brother-in-law said that this holiday was the most Pretty. I agree. Thank you Andrea for making us feel at home in a wonderful place. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back next year.

23/12/2023: I took a piece of mushroom and ham pizza and a roll with ham and mozzarella. Spectacular. the pizza dough was very good and the roll dough was perfect, crunchy on the outside and still very light. The ingredients were excellent.
