The museum dedicated to fauna is interesting, also directed by a trained guide. The comfortable rooms with top air conditioning. The homemade cuisine with typical 0 km products, abundant and varied, compliments to the chef as well as the impeccable organization of the room even when full. Finally, congratulations to all the members of the family-run company for their hospitality, stubbornness and dedication. I highly recommend

22/02/2024: While travelling through Siniscola, I've come across Sairrock while desperately looking for a very late lunch. Too late for lunch and too early for dinner, they made me a pizza nonetheless. The service was extremely friendly, the pizza was great, and the place was gorgeous. I would definitely come back whenever I get the chance.

13/03/2024: Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente, ci hanno servito in tempi veramente brevi e durante il pranzo siamo sempre stati benissimo con qualsiasi richiesta noi facessimo, altissima qualità della carne e dell’ottimo vino della casa.. le porzioni sono davvero abbondanti e dopo un antipasto veloce ed un taglio di carne non siamo riusciti a prendere un dolce perché non ci stava nello stomaco!! Chi visita Nuoro non puo’ perdersi l’opportunità di mangiare qui.

The experience at panelentu is rewarding, it's like coming home after a long journey. Classy soft music, great choice of beer and wine.

29/02/2024: Very very (very) good pizzas, we really enjoyed our first Sardinian pizzas. A super thin and crispy dough. Quality ingredients (focacia pizzas with fish carpaccio = killer, and the other tomato-anchovy-buttarga), perfect size, very reasonable price for the quality, we really weren't disappointed! We dreamed of pizza the whole week that followed, with the aim of going there a second time, which couldn't happen, I still regret it...

The owner Gianfranco, gifted with great competence and professionalism, was able to advise us and make us taste great delicacies which, combined with his friendliness, made our Palm Sunday lunch a real celebration. Absolutely recommended ☺️ Oh I forgot, having a family wine shop in Olbia I was also able to taste the excellent Mandrolisai wine which accompanied the excellent dishes 😉

The pizza was excellent, well seasoned and digestible. Alessia, very cute and kind, served us. The well-heated room has a play area for children. Good choice of unusual digestives: the limoncello and the fennel one were excellent. Promoted!

26/02/2024: I was here yesterday passing through to get a pizza. I immediately noticed as soon as I entered, a very welcoming, warm and comfortable place! Friendly staff especially the pizza chefs where they served me quickly despite the orders. Truly exceptional pizza, I will be back often!
