Qui si trova una cucina che combina sapore e tradizione con un giusto tocco innovativo, senza però mai intaccare l'autenticità e la genuinità di ingredienti semplici e rappresentativi del territorio. 16/10/2023: I don't know if it was worse the wine so airy as to be "marsalato", the pizza made with chewing gum, or the cold fish appetizer from the freezer.
The dishes in the photos on this site are not even on the menu.
I highly doubt we will return.

I went on Easter Monday for lunch, I expected to find local stuff for the price I paid.
Being Sardinian I know and recognize the dishes, the appetizers were limited to canapés, while in the area there are many good things from cheeses and cured meats they filled us with canapés and a few cheeses, the first courses were disappointing I was expecting fresh ravioli while those served they were packaged and not to mention the sweet frozen raviolini nothing to do with the fresh ones.
I saw many tourists and I'm sorry but unfortunately, being a local, I know our traditions.
Really disappointing and the price excessive for the stuff served.
I'm sorry to have to give this review. A very bad experience.

05/09/2023: Plusieurs dîners et n'avons pas été déçu. Sptitz, antipasti, pizzas, cannonau rouge, dessert et service tout au top. Bien meilleur que le resto voisin
