17/01/2024: the dish was not on the menu, but they were immediately available to prepare something vegan that suited my needs. spaghetti with courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes and olives. the parsley, garlic and onion seasoning 🧅 was really good and reminiscent of the one used for a pasta with fish. the portion is generous. kind and attentive staff

22/10/2023: Nice place in the centre of Palau specialized in Seafood. Kind chef, tasty dinner and fresh fish, yet you need to wait a bit long. We took grilled fish&prawns so the portion was enough for two people. Wine& one main course&side dish around 50-60 Eur. Good to check it and try cuisine here. We hope to come back when returning to Sardinia.

02/04/2024: This place is wonderful. We had a delicious meal, were warmly served and the lovely boss kept coming by to ask if everything was okay. After the excellent meal there was a Sardinian nightcap on the house. The carbonara with fish is highly recommended and the fish on the fish plate was very fresh and tasty. We will definitely come back on our next visit.

30/03/2024: We were there twice :) We passed this restaurant by chance. A really great little Italian restaurant with great fish dishes, pasta and pizza. The price-performance ratio is tip top.

13/02/2024: disastrous experience We went to Palau and decided to eat here. It was a little less than 2:30 p.m., and we asked the waitress if they would give us food (it said on Google that it closed at 3 p.m., but we have found many restaurants that did not follow the schedule during the summer and took people in outside the usual hours). That's why we asked if they fed us, the answer could have been that they didn't feed us, and we looked for another place without a problem. However, the waitress with a bad face came in and asked, I suppose the boss, and she came and told us that she would feed us. On the terrace there were 3, 4 free tables and inside the place everything was empty, as we were seated at the only table that had a bit of sun. Would it be so that we could leave sooner? We ordered, and the sun was coming and we were moving the table but there came a point when we had people next to us and we couldn't. I asked her if a sun awning could be lowered. He told me it wasn't for the sun, it was for the air. 0 PROFESSIONALISM at this moment... If you see us moving the table a little because of the sun, on top of that I'll tell you the whole thing and you have empty tables, the logical thing is to move us, right??? Well nothing... They brought us the first courses, all very good, however the sun was shining on us more and more, the other diners were leaving and we noticed the rush for us to eat and leave. When we finished the waitress came and told us if we wanted dessert or coffee. We told her that we needed a main course to share... If she sneaked in, they would kick us out sooner... They brought it to us but we realized that we had to eat them right now... Because they had practically cleared the entire terrace and were like waiting. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, to enjoy the food. We ate it quickly to get out of there. In summary VERY BAD... we ate quickly, with the feeling of being in the way because we had to leave, the sun shining on us... we also felt that the treatment was not the same with us as with other diners. Honestly, to treat the diner like this and feed him this way, it is better to tell him when he asks you if you feed him/her lunch/dinner close to closing time that you don't... But of course what matters is the money. In response to the owner's comment. I speak telling the truth. I never lie in the comments. We arrived at 2:30 p.m. I know this because we were aware of the time. I attach the photo of both first dishes that we ordered. I always take a photo when they arrive, because I usually leave reviews, and the time that appears in the photo is exactly 2:49 p.m. If we arrive at 2:45 pm as you say, it is impossible to sit down, order a drink, bring bread and have the dishes arrive 4' after arrival. And regarding the fact that we left at 4:00 p.m.... Another lie... We would leave around 3:30 p.m. or even earlier because we ate as quickly as possible... Seeing that everything was already packed and you wanted to close. I don't know the exact time but I can assure you that the time you say is not even close. The food, as said, was good. But the treatment was not good, let alone accusing us of lying. Regarding the awning, you told me that it was for the wind, so I understood that it was not going to block the sun from us. But seeing that the sun is shining on us and I ask if it is for the sun, I think we could have changed tables. Simply that.

29/01/2024: We arrived early because we did not have a prior reservation and I understand that because of that it is difficult to offer a place to eat but I consider it illogical to refuse since 90% of the months are unoccupied at the moment. However, we ordered takeout and the food was pretty good despite not being freshly made.

09/11/2023: Food OK, but with a lot of oil. Coperti were charged 4 times for 2 adults and 2 small children, only 1 of whom was sitting at the table. When asked why, they said that the linen and dishes had become very expensive.

06/04/2024: I've been staying with them for 6 years now from when they open to when they close. I think it's fantastic to find a place where you can go in the evening with your friends, have dinner with your boyfriend and even post surf with your hair still wet. A fantastic pizza, not to mention the meat and... I've practically tried every dish on the menu and have always left happy. The staff, one of the reasons why we always come back, fast, super prepared and truly kind. It's always been them practically forever and it's wonderful to find them every year. Thanks Max to you and all your staff for creating this corner of paradise
