06/01/2024: Piacevole esperienza, menu’ non vastissimo, ma ottima qualità e originalità nei piatti. Abbiamo scelto di mangiare menù terra, ottimo uovo alla poche’ come antipasto, a seguire 3 primi, culurgiones, raviolini al tartufo con ragù di cinghiale e le penne per il bambino. Tutto davvero di ottima qualità. Torneremo per mangiare pesce visto le particolarità dei piatti proposti. CONSIGLIATO!

04/11/2023: As far as food and friendliness is concerned, a 5+. Very good food, ravioli stuffed with truffles and wild boar. Don't be fooled by the picture. Plus a very good house wine.

18/02/2024: Dopo la visita alle terme Romane di Fordongianus, tra le proposte di Trip ho trovato il ristorante “Cantinedda”. Incuriosito dalle foto del locale e dalla vicinanza alla diga Santa Chiara ho chiamato per prenotare. Cibo e servizio ottimo, materie prime di qualità, la vista dalla sala completa l’esperienza. Rapporto prezzo qualità veramente buono. In 2 abbiamo preso 1 antipasto 2 primi 1/2 rosso della casa (di ottima qualità) 1 gasata 1 dolce 2 caffè. Totale spesa 44€. Se ci si trova in zona vi consiglio di fermarvi. Sicuramente lo aggiungerò tra i miei ristoranti, nel caso in cui dovessi ripassare da queste parti.

12/02/2024: Convivialità, socializzazione e pizze eccellenti sono il segreto di questo posto unico, abbiamo condiviso il tavolo con persone a modo e molto simpatiche, una coppia con le loro due figlie educatissime, tre ragazze del Guilcer con le quali abbiamo conversato di asparagi, funghi e vermetti dei funghi 😆😂😂😂, troppu togas. Luogo informale con Locandiera e Locandiere di unica spontaneità che ti mettono subito a tuo agio, PIZZA di eccellente qualità e di dimensioni molto generose, fatte con condimenti di qualità ineccepibile e cotte in un forno a legna. Caminetto che rende tutto molto famigliare e aiuta la predisposizione all socievolezza delle tavolate condivise. BRAVI...
