The tartares are superb and are served with carpaccio as an opening, with gourmet crostini which already heralds what is to come. Cutting boards that you can compose with the many types of meat from all over the world make this place one of the best in the Agrigento gastronomic scene. The selection of wines is excellent, to be enjoyed in complete tranquility in the private room, and then completed with a delicious selection of sweets and bitters. 29/03/2024: Non manco ogni volta che scendo a Comitini di assaggiare la vera braceria. Posto accogliente e caratteristico, carne a dir poco fantastica, il proprietario un professionista del settore i collaboratori tutti gentili e veloci. Lo consiglio vivamente.
