14/02/2024: Attribuire 1 punto su 5 è già troppo per questa “pizzeria contemporanea”… che contemporaneamente ti servono la pizza e ti inducono ad alzarti in fretta… ma non solo, contano anche quanti minuti in ritardo si arrivi. Insomma, è una corsa contro il tempo soltanto per fare cassa.
Dimenticavo, pizza discreta.
08/01/2024: Una tra le pizze più buone che io abbia mangiato in Sicilia niente da invidiare alle pizze napoletane o Gourmet dei grandi.

09/01/2024: Really great hotel with an incredible pool with a view. Rooms are big and have a small space to sit outside. Restaurant is wonderfull, as is the breakfast.

Overpriced restaurant as a Sicilian I found the food quite tasteless and not seasoned properly ( just an example a pasta with bottarga tomatoes and pesce spatola 19 euro with literally not sauce and dry )

Da provare le sarde arrostite, che sono la vera punta di diamante del posto e ti lasciano la sensazione di esserti imbattuto in sapori autentici e non replicabili altrove.

06/09/2023: I can't rate the rooms, we only used the restaurant. Very good service, excellent table service times! Very nice and super helpful staff! I absolutely recommend! The octopus with potato cream and the prickly pear cheesecake are excellent if you are in those parts, absolutely not to be missed!
