27/02/2024: Sono andato in questo locale in quanto trovandomi a Niscemi per lavoro, mi ha portato un mio amico. Nella prima serata ho provato l'antipasto misto (un trionfo di verdure, carciofi in prevalenza ma anche salumi e formaggi) e una pasta con il salmone. Il giorno dopo a pranzo hanno superato loro stessi con un fantastico menù di pesce. L'antipasto era abbondante (già con quello ero quasi pieno). Il primo, una calamarata ai frutti di mare spettacolare. Mi avevano proposto la grigliata ma ero pienissimo. Da provare la pizza. Se volete conoscere la cucina siciliana e farvi conquistare da essa è consigliatissimo.

01/04/2024: Long, certainly very traditional and above all with a style from times gone by, the 60s/70s. I had never eaten at this pizzeria and honestly had higher expectations. First we ask if there were 12 free seats and once the tables were freed they made us sit down, in the meantime other people arrive and at the time of the order to order the dining room staff first go to a table of 3 and then to a table of 4 , so they start eating earlier despite arriving later. Then our order is taken and we wait until almost everyone finishes eating and only us and a few other small tables remain. The experience with the raw material was not pleasant, I ordered the pizza of the day with pumpkin, gorgonzola, mozzarella and speck with a classic base and it arrived with a hemp seed base. Speaking to the owner and pointing this out, I clearly expressed that the pizza was absolutely not to my liking. The problem wasn't so much that the dough was different from the one ordered but that the pizza wasn't pizza, it looked like one of those pizzas bought at the supermarket, it was even difficult to cut. I definitely won't be returning, sorry.

02/01/2024: The raw materials used are of exceptional quality and the variety of doughs offered make the difference. Their "complicated" focaccia is definitely my favorite. Super!

12/03/2024: I got some pizzas a few days ago, the dough was too dry. When we got halfway through the pizza, it was already too hard.

09/01/2024: Giropizza with my association and we had a very good time, we also opted for a very generous starter. The location is very beautiful and the service was very efficient

15/02/2024: New Year's Eve to forget. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The place is very beautiful, but there are many things to review, too many... especially in the organization of larger events like the one they tried to organize on New Year's Eve, but the only big thing was the price. Sin. The rooms, those in the detached body, are not bad but in winter you freeze to death, I didn't sleep a wink at night. The wi-fi doesn't work anywhere, there is little cell reception. The food is not bad, but repetitive. We had a package for dinner on the 31st and lunch on the 1st, but the menu was repetitive, the children's menu unchanged. Not to mention that for the dinner on the 31st, at 01:00 in the morning they removed everything from the table, even the glasses... It was really embarrassing. Terrible breakfast. We will definitely not be returning.

28/10/2023: I panini sarebbero buoni. Ma troppo confusionario l'ambiente. Poco organizzati e lenti. Urlano troppo. Comunque panini buoni e questo è l'importante.

18/03/2024: Nice environment and family welcome. We were craving meat and our expectations were confirmed, well presented dishes and a side of grilled vegetables as if they were homemade. Also recommended for pizza and burgers
