All the other times the dish was delicious and full. This time the sandwich it was surrounded by very few chips, although they still maintain a high level of quality.

15/02/2024: We went to this very particular pub because it reproduces in its location the famous saga written by J.K. Rowling, The environment reflects and makes the magic of the world of Harry Potter relive for the diners, it has 4 rooms which each take the name of one of the Hogwarts houses, we sat in the Slytherin room, Very beautiful room which had two tables in the style of the main hall of the most famous castle in cinema Let's move on to the food, the menu is very varied in terms of beers and non-alcoholic drinks, on the food factor the menu is very limited which suggests quality, the mixed fried food was well done but I was expecting something different from the usual places I have visited Specifically, I would have liked to find some fried foods made by them, instead the usual frozen fried foods, but well made, the sandwiches are well made and with quality raw materials, as far as timing is concerned they were good and fast. The prices are very high compared to the average of the various pubs, which is why I expect them to bring something new. Overall, it can be improved.

01/01/2024: We stayed for the New Year weekend. The structure is what we wanted, immersed in nature, peace and tranquility, it connects very well with the parks and places of Etna. Restaurant well contextualized with simple but highly tasty and genuine dishes. The thing that certainly pleased me was how they treated my dog ​​like a real guest, pampering him and paying so much attention. The staff puts you at ease you really feel at home. 06/03/2024: A welcoming place where you can eat very well from starters to desserts. I tried a very delicate fillet with citrus fruits but someone ate the fillet with porcini mushrooms. Both dishes satisfied us. I would also go back immediately. Excellent service, excellent cleanliness and excellent quality of pizzas.

02/04/2024: Place immersed in the Biancavilla countryside among vines and olive trees. The dining room is very nice, a mix of rustic and elegance. Unfortunately I wasn't convinced by the lunch. The appetizer lives up to expectations more or less, the tastings are particular and refined. In one of the first, the parcel, the dough was raw at the ends; really a shame because the toppings were good. The second course of meat is not bad, the scottona presented itself well, soft and cooked to perfection. The dessert was poor, the cream puffs were dry/dry and with very little cream. So I believe that the place has great potential but the cuisine needs to be improved in many aspects, from the quality of the dishes to the almost ceremonial times. There can be an initial wait of half an hour but then two and a half hours from the first course to the dessert, no! Sufficient quality/price ratio.

02/04/2024: Embarrassing restaurant. Great pizzeria, great desserts, but the restaurant section probably shouldn't exist. Probably management problems, the waiter is good, the kitchen probably too, but the ingredients are indecent. Frozen fish, frozen meat, badly cooked stuff. Unfortunately, running a restaurant is much more difficult than you might think. Ate there several times, bad experience every time.

19/02/2024: I only stayed one night, I was in the area for work, very kind staff and sufficient breakfast, the bathroom is not heated but as I don't suffer much from the cold and since it's not a particularly cold winter I found it normal, the only thing is that I don't recommend it to people with children because the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear exactly what they are doing in the next room mainly when the couple thinks they are at home and decides to party all night, without the slightest attitude, it was like being in a movie.

The staff was extremely courteous and professional, ready to assist with my every request. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. Breakfast was a real treat, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory treats. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, are of a very high standard and made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return to this haven of relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay experience.

06/01/2024: Unfortunately I was only able to try the mixology part, and I can say that in one country I have hardly been able to find similar competence and quality. I hope to be able to return soon to try the other services. I can only say well done, keep it up.

Menù di degustazione completo dall antipasto al dolce.Il prezzo si conosce sempre prima onde evitare spiacevoli sorprese,contestualmente si respira aria di casa.
