21/10/2023: Un pranzo da organizzare con amici che arrivavano da diverse rilevanti distanze. La scelta, come sempre, premiata da ottima qualità del cibo, da altrettanta cordialità e professionalità del personale. Tutto questo è una bella soddisfazione ed è giusto rendere merito!

30/08/2023: Location molto carina, sembra una baita di montagna, circondata da alberi. Un po' lunga la strada per arrivarci, ma ne vale davvero la pena: cibo ottimo, dagli anticipasti con prodotti tipici dei Nebrodi (salumi, formaggi, pane fritto, caponata, verdure sott'olio) ai primi, classici ma gustosi (trofie speck e pistacchio, involtini di maccheroni) e per finire il piatto forte: grigliata mista con carni di suino Nero. Il Menù non è tanto vario, ma a mio avviso la qualità ed i sapori rendono speciale ogni pietanza. Per finire, la gentilezza e simpatia del personale, che con efficienza e velocità ha accontentato tutti, consigliato!

24/08/2023: Restaurant with castle view, Dishes balanced in terms of seasonings and quantities, superior quality to any restaurant in the area, owner who is a former fisherman and, as the basis of everything, the super quality selection. I will definitely be back, compliments on every dish!

06/08/2023: The fish dishes I ate this evening were all delicious, with truly excellent, quality raw materials. A series of appetizers that would be enough to move directly on to dessert, but I enjoyed a wonderful barbecue with prawns, squid, swordfish and tuna that never ended. We want to add the competence and friendliness of the owner Salvo and his splendid wife, the cook, so that we can say that I absolutely recommend this restaurant in Ficarra, a welcoming town with wonderful people!! The stunning location, a manor house in all its splendor, with a terrace overlooking the square, set up with well-set tables.
