30/03/2024: The place I recommend to everyone!!! Why ? Because you can feel his heart. Owner Fabrizio and Adelin methane passion and love and also transmit it to the staff. From breakfast with the best Gin Seng in all of Italy.. you can also have an excellent lunch with excellent "cunzato bread" and other things to suit your tastes.. We also arrive in the evening with excellent aperitifs with all the cocktails you want and with many appetizers that go with it.. EXCELLENT I recommend to everyone

29/10/2023: Amazing Bed and Breakfast. The place is wonderful, surrounded by flowers and at the foot of the volcano. A breathtaking view from the rooftop of the rooms. Ideal for accommodation before going on an expedition to see the crater and volcanic eruptions! Pleasant breakfast (only sweet).

03/04/2024: Few tables, nice place. The true flavors of the Aeolian Islands, the herbs, the aromas, the raw materials of the islands, very crunchy homemade bread. Dishes packaged with meticulous care and refinement. The owner Maurizio personally takes orders, competently advises customers and carefully monitors the kitchen and room service. Prices more than fair. Tasting menu at 30 euros including drinks. It is the best place we have frequented between Stromboli and Vulcano.

06/10/2023: Su consiglio dell' host del nostro b&b ci siamo ritrovati in questo splendido angolo di Lipari per ammirare uno dei tramonti più belli delle Eolie. I proprietari ci hanno subito accolto facendoci sentire a casa e, una volta raggiunta la sala per la cena, la qualità alta dei prodotti e la tradizione eoliana si sono sposati per farci degustare una delle cene più buone di Lipari. Ristorante a conduzione familiare dove passione, competenza e professionalità convivono e fanno la differenza. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno sull'isola speciale. P.s. complimenti alla mamma suocera per le sue capacità culinarie. Un saluto dalle guide turistiche napoletane!

22/10/2023: Come da titolo. Si tratta di una trattoria ultra spartana ( con annesso alloggio ) quasi in cima alla montagna verso Gelso. Premetto che il personale è carino ed abbastanza accudente ma con un locale del genere ( arredi , interni , tavola e suppellettili ) con una cucina casalinga , con piatti normalissimi della tradizione locale , con una posizione sperduta sui bricchi … come fai applicare dei prezzi del genere ? Il tema non è il costo totale in se ( minimo 60/70 euro a testa oltre il bere ) ma cercare di offrire un prezzo congruo a quello che si propone non solo in tavola ma anche alla vista degli occhi. Peccato , secondo me si punta , in modo miope , alla batosta e non rivedere più i clienti una seconda volta. NON CONSIGLIO in zona c’è di meglio. PS: vedo anche molti recensori con una sola review, fattore che mi fa pensare non tanto bene sulla qualità delle valutazioni … a buon intenditor …

15/10/2023: Ottimo ristorante, una cucina locale molto curata. Consiglio vivamente la frittura di verdure e panelle. Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di aggiornare o di curare un po’ di più l’arredamento perché è un po’ fermo nel tempo.

09/03/2024: The place is worth a visit, if only for the spectacular location, on the slopes of the volcano which offer breathtaking views during eruptions. Not unforgettable food, we tried a sufficient margherita pizza, some appetizers, but we appreciated the service and the rustic environment of the structure. I don't know if it can still be reached by shuttle, which moved along a small, curvy uphill road which may have been interrupted, so that needs to be checked now otherwise the only way is to take a walk

19/01/2024: Andare a cena all'Osservatorio è una esperienza unica che consiglio a chiunque!!!! Una cosa veramente eccezionale, potere mangiare e osservare le esplosioni del vulcano. Luogo unico al mondo.

26/11/2023: Ai Gechi is a little tricky to find but if you follow the white Geckos along Via Roma you will find it. You need to book Ai Gechi to avoid disappointment as it is small and caters to slightly higher class that other restaurants on the island. The staff are very welcoming and friendly on arrival even without a booking they will try to seat you, They have a large win selection from Italy and make some amazing recommendations to go with your dinner. The menu consists mainly of fish dishes of which we have had many, our favourite are the local Nassa Shrimp which are cooked perfectly and taste amazing. This hidden gem of strombolian cuisine is another must visit for a finer dining experience on Stromboli island, perfect for a date night. Only criticism is Ai Gechi is an expensive place to eat, far more expensive that other island catering establishments, BUT, it does offer a finer experience with awesome views

La cortesia, la disponibilità del proprietario, la bontà del pesce ben cucinato e presentato, i prezzi in linea per la qualità servita sono state contrastate dalla mancata possibilità di scegliere il posto a sedere benché non ci fossero posti prenotati.

13/10/2023: We have just had the most amazing meal here tonight! Such different flavours and all so fresh and using local ingredients Never had candied capers before…yum!! The setting was delightful, the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. One of the best meals we have had in Sicily so far.
