21/10/2023: The Il Gambero Restaurant is the top of Lingua's restaurants. Wide choice of menus starting from the restaurant with its fabulous fish dishes, to the pizzeria up to the burgers. Professionalism and courtesy are distinctive signs of Gambero. Waiting times are never long even on the busiest evenings. Well done Viviana!..and all her staff! 02/10/2023: Magnificent location: restaurant with terrace by the sea. Very good cuisine. Too bad the staff is as friendly as a barn door, it cuts off any desire to go back!

10/10/2023: We stopped at this restaurant for drinks. O asked if they could make a boulevardier which so far in Sicily we had been unsuccessful. I showed Giovana the recipe and she ca.e through. In addition, she brought out delicious olives, parmachan cheese and cherry tomatoes on thin bread. We were so happy, we promised to return the next night for dinner. Dinner was magnificent. I started with peppered mussels which were clean and perfect. This was followed by swordfish steak and kingfish which just came out of the sea. This was certainly one of the best fish dinners of my life and the best meal of my nine days in Sicily. Giovanna was delightful. The service was first rate. Dessert was lemon granata with vodka and pistachio Gelato. Cudos to this restaurant and staff.

10/10/2023: Great restaurant with great service, wine & drinks. We had fabulous fresh fish, great wine. Our server was excellent. Great price point. We were off season but great selection.

19/10/2023: I practically ate in this wonderful place for the entire summer season, thanks to Mr MARIO (SEMINARA) who showed me this wonderful place... very fresh and top quality products I saw them unloading prawns, squid, amberjack, swordfish and many other fish that still they moved in the boxes…honest prices and fair portions, home-made dishes with a touch of innovation especially in the starters and main courses, truly excellent…. I give 4 stars to the service and not the maximum only because I learned that the dining room department does not share tips with the dishwashers, cooks and pot washers, I believe that the tip should go to everyone and not just the waiters as most of the restaurants and as it should be given that there is teamwork behind it, but apart from this (correct) observation of mine there is nothing to complain about the restaurant offers an excellent value for money which in my opinion is worth the price it offers ... the cannoli needs to be improved a little in my opinion, especially the wafer rather than the ricotta which is a little limp and lacking in character... for the rest everything is amazing to visit....

05/04/2024: Wonderful dinner - this place is proof of how you can offer excellent service, good food and wine in a tourist place. We stayed at the hotel and had parmiggiana for dinner, fish balls with orange, fish (llampuga) aeolian style and pistachio tiramisù, all delicious!

22/10/2023: Ambiente molto accogliente. I piatti sono particolari e curati. Il locale possiede, nella parte alta, una bellissima veranda circondata da giardino .

02/10/2023: We go to Salina often and every time we eat here at least once. The chef always pleases us with his latest creation. Most places do appetizers or entrées or desserts well. NNI Lausta is in the minority of restaurants that do every course well.

21/09/2023: 90 and more days.......of good drinking, courtesy and above all a great ability to make you feel happy under a starry sky even when happiness is far from your heart Sergio the owner, a term that I don't like... perhaps MORE a character who has very little to do with the Aeolian Islands....but despite everything he manages to wear even uncomfortable clothes but his intelligence makes him overcome everything and everyone!! In short, a unique place and an important point of reference for those who know drink and appreciate the nuances of life........much deeper than appearances!

21/09/2023: Really elegant place. Courteous staff but above all good drinks. Excellent quality/price ratio. To be recommended.
