10/03/2024: Simply spectacular. Delicious food, attentive service and pleasant atmosphere. A practically Michelin-starred experience at a truly negligible price given the quality. I also recommend a visit to the town itself, a truly picturesque village, out of time but easily accessible. If it wasn't for this restaurant I would never have discovered it. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the experience.

05/03/2024: After having dinner with them, on the occasion of Valentine's Day 2023, I was truly impressed by the cuisine of the great Chef Patron Giuseppe Costantino, by the atmosphere in his exclusive restaurant (as if I were at his home) and by the kindness of the waiter; Seeing him cook for us in his open kitchen gave us a lot of pleasure, well-prepared dishes, but not only that, good and high-quality. For me so far it remains the best restaurant I have been to, I would happily return many more times, and I fully recommend it. It is located in Sclafani Bagni, in a beautiful village immersed in the Madonie (PA), a beautiful, uncontaminated, ancient, characteristic and well-kept village, (BLUE ZONE) but also little-known, small, with only 300 inhabitants, but worth visiting Sicily is waiting to be discovered Prices are normal, perhaps even low, given the service and the quality of the entire complex. I highly recommend it!

02/04/2024: A magical experience you don't expect. The guide is very good. Necessary to understand where you are and what you are doing there.... And then you walk around getting lost in the rooms and courtyards....

30/03/2024: Capitati li’ per puro caso. Venivamo da Porta Marina. In realtà non avevamo fame e volevamo solo bere qualcosa. Poi la ragazza ci ha illustrato i prodotti delle Madonie e ci ha tentato. La fame invero ce l’hanno fatta venire. Prodotti genuini, presentazioni , a dire anche di nostro figlio, di 9 anni, da 5 stelle. Non siamo adusi a recensioni o a toni troppo eclatanti ma stavolta le 5 stelle le meritano, tutte. Io direi sapori e accostamenti straordinari. Il piccoletto strabuzzava gli occhi nell’assaporare le fragranze e gustare i sapori. Buonissimo, tutto. Complimenti.

06/04/2024: A very chic, modern little restaurant. Loving, friendly service, very attentive. We had fried octopus, pasta with lamb ragout, both very good, and fish fried with oranges and almonds as well as fennel and carrots and two very tasty desserts. A wonderful evening. Mille Gracie!

19/03/2024: Yet another high-level restaurant in Palermo, located in a very central position, in the court area. Very original, elegant and refined place, I loved the background music, soft jazz. I was greeted with a welcome prosecco and an appetizer of guacamole and excellent sea asparagus. I chose as a first course guitars with cuttlefish ink and ricotta, an excellent combination, and a really good orange-crusted croaker. To conclude I had a fried sphinx, a lot of calories but it was really worth it. Honest prices, qualified and friendly staff, and generous portions, in short, everything was perfect.

19/03/2024: Excellent pizza, well leavened, highly digestible, no nighttime thirst. The waitress and cashier staff were very kind and professional. The guys in charge of the pizza are amazing, as well as competent. Highly recommended both for takeaway and especially in the dining room.

07/04/2024: I went to try their XXL croissant and I must say that I was very satisfied with the goodness and quality of the product. As you can see from the photo it is abundant and sharing it with someone certainly adds an extra flavour. It is accompanied by various creams which can be refilled once finished. Good, good, good, I recommend it!
