31/03/2024: Today we went to Bagheria to visit Villa Palagonia, the villa of monsters and after a pleasant tour we had lunch at VintiReci. The experience was great from the beginning with the owner welcoming us in a friendly and true way. Our lunch started with some raw tuna fish and some stockfish sticks that amazed us with their flavour and ingenuous combination with some fruit and vegetable gravies. The main courses were: - Some gorgeous lemon tagliatelle with potatoes and clams. The lemon could be felt within the clams and both were held tight to the perfectly cooked tagliatelle thanks to the help of some noble potato cream. - Some delicious spaghetti alla carrettiera with prawn tartare: the light zingy taste of the lemon was supported in this case by some crunchy breadcrumbs that adorned the thick, freshly made spaghetti whose al dente cooking degree is actually a testament in our food encounters. - Some amazing potato gnocchi with octopus sauce: the strong fishy taste of the octopus was amplified by the rich tomato sauce and some octopus tentacles happily embraced the gnocchi for the delight of our 8 year old daughter! Flawless taste presented in an elegant way for the perfect Easter!

05/04/2024: Wow, my last restaurant visit in Sicily and the best so far. If you don't come to eat here, you haven't been to Sicily. The food was very delicious, the service was very attentive, the atmosphere was very appealing and the patron had everything in view. I'll be back on my next trip to Sicily. A very clear recommendation!!!

Una sola annotazione negativa: prima che mi servissero ho aspettato dieci minuti/ un quarto d’ora e ho notato che prima di me hanno servito almeno una decina di persone e non hanno fatto nessuno scontrino, la cassa serviva solo per mettervi il denaro. Pessimo comportamento

30/03/2024: Ho preso tre pizze da asporto. Che dire, penso che sia stata la peggiore pizza mai mangiata. La margherita senza mozzarella, solo salsa di pomodoro e basta. Anche nelle altre due, una romana e 4 gusti si è dimenticato la mozzarella. Impasto crudo, bordi bruciati, condimenti quasi inesistenti, talmente fine che si è sfaldata appena messa nel piatto. In conclusione esperienza a dir poco da dimenticare. Andate altrove se cercate una pizza quantomeno che si possa chiamare tale.

Menù incompleto e con poca scelta consiglierei di specificare che è possibile effettuare anche un apericena non menzionato neanche al momento della prenotazione telefonica e tantomeno al momento della comanda. Non credo di ritornare più

03/03/2024: Nice place and very intrusive service you don't have time to put down the cutlery the waiter comes and brings the plate 🤬 we took the pizza seeing that the reviews were quite positive we took a hoax with raw I don't remember the name (14 euros) we had on top of 4 strips of raw meat without praise or infamy 😅
