26/02/2024: I rarely give five stars, but it deserves them. Fabulous welcome, excellent dishes even if mushrooms are out of season, good choice of wines. The only flaw was the potato tortelli with porcini mushrooms in which I would not have put the tomato which covered the flavor a bit. The portions are especially large for the first courses, so do the math on what to order first. Delicious agnolotti!

15/03/2024: I loved this place as soon as I arrived. I felt at home, the welcome from Paola the owner and her collaborators was impeccable, the apartment overlooking the hills of the Tiber Valley, a breathtaking view with the Tiber dam, the fireplace lit, the rooms quiet and clean, the minimal but equipped kitchen. The restaurant with excellent food, care in the service and preparation of each course. I usually struggle to digest it, and this time I really didn't have any problems, I think due to the quality of the raw materials. And then there is what cannot be described: the sounds of nature, the rustling of the trees, the colors of the spring that was about to explode, the atmosphere of the place that mixes tradition with spirituality, reality with magic. I will be back soon.

04/02/2024: Ho cenato in questa pizzeria per una rimpatriata con vecchi amici, abbiamo scelto questo locale perché ci andavamo quanto eravamo ancora ragazzi. Che dire? Ho notato con piacere, che a parte la ristrutturazione effettuata nel locale bar il resto è rimasto tale e quale. Il proprietario, Giampaolo, sempre simpatico e sorridente che ti fa sentire a casa. Gli antipasti e la pizza ottimi, come sempre. I camerieri carini e veloci, prezzi accessibilissimi ! Se passate da Caprese Michelangelo la pizzeria" Il Boschetto " vale sicuramente una visita!
