17/03/2024: Amazing place! Truly the typical genuine tavern. On Sunday without having booked I try my luck and at 11.50 I go in and ask for a place for 2 people! A gentleman tells me that everything is full but that if we sit down immediately something will be prepared for us and then of course we will sit down! Shape of pecorino on the cutting board on the table with the knife to taste as desired, together with the red wine and water while ordering and 2 of us opt for tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle, potato tortelli with ragù, and a sliced ​​meat and herbs to share. Abundant and tasty first courses, juicy and delicious cut and accompanied by good sautéed herbs. We also take a dessert, vin santo digestive and coffee and leave after paying 20 euros each... amazing! The atmosphere is typical of a truly pleasant osteria, fast service and above all praise for the waitress who, full of spirit and friendliness, brightens up the lunch! We will return without a doubt

17/12/2023: Quando salgo in moto al Muraglione se posso mi fermo al Cavallino per un boccone E' sicuramente meno affollato di quell'altro e soprattutto fanno una schiacciata con la finocchiona e il pecorino da fantascienza

Stunning view towards the highest peaks of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines. In front of the bar there is convenient parking and chairs with tables where you can eat local delicacies. The Schiacciata stuffed with cold cuts is very good. Very kind and friendly managers.
