20/11/2023: The owner and staff are just really great. Very attentive. They used great quality ingredients. I had a cotoletta di chianina, highly recommended. Mix crostini to starter on bread and on fried polenta. Every year we are in the area we pay a visit to this restaurant.

Lavorare con grandi numeri è difficile, ma non impossibile. Servizio lungo. Poco attenti al cliente.
Quantità assolutamente non soddisfacenti, in relazione al prezzo pagato di 60 euro a cranio. Solo dopo reclamo, ci portano un secondo vassoio di primo, scusandosi della svista. La tagliata del menu ce l' hanno portata cruda (letteralmente) e non saprei che taglio fosse, piena di parti fibrose. E per fortuna che siamo nel fiorentino...
I dolci erano buoni.
Sicuramente non ci torneremo.

03/12/2023: Ci siamo fermati dopo la maratona di Firenze e abbiamo mangiato antipasto primo e poi una bella costata ,dolce niente eravamo troppo pieni comunque tutto buono bravi prezzi bassi ❤️

I recommend everyone to try the local amaro, a real bomb!
12/02/2024: Food, I don't know... but the bar is amazing! Fast, attentive and the coffee delicious...
The peculiarity, probably because it was Sunday morning (I don't know about other days), is that there was a really beautiful situation of people all chatting together, calm and serene... something that you can only find in the countryside!

A piece of advice, the steak is shown to the customer first and the weight is stated... not surprisingly!

13/01/2024: Typical Tuscan trattoria where you can eat good meat. Excellent starters (delicious livers), fresh and quality cold cuts. At first the waitress made a bit of a mess with the order but they recovered without any problems. The first courses are a little too "greasy", but the white ragù is very good. To try!

Volete sedervi aspettare 45' per un antipasto ricevere un servizio maleducato ed arrogante per poi mangiare con portate non servite insieme composte da ingredienti surgelati e non di un livello che così basso non si può...firmati da cucina Africana? Bene sederevi qui!

02/10/2023: Abbiamo scelto “La cena con Sommelier” ed è stata un’esperienza unica! Il proprietario nonché Sommelier Guido ci ha fatto scoprire 4 vini toscani in combinazione con piatti tipici. Da ripetere!
16/08/2023: Abbiamo scelto la Fornace de’ Medici per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia. Dato che si trattava di un pranzo infrasettimanale, sono stati molto disponibili e gentili ad organizzarci un menu fisso con 3 portate + dolce. Ristrutturato di recente con molta cura, il casolare è veramente bello, in una posizione favolosa. Personale accorto, competente e molto cortese. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto benissimo e vogliamo tornarci assolutamente a cena. Raccomandatissimo!

Poi abbiamo pernottato li, struttura pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario
viandanti della via degli dei...vale la pena far tappa li.. E la mattina prendere una schiacciata farcita per il pranzo successivo!
18/10/2023: Piccola trattoria con angolo caffetteria immersa nel verde di Bivigliano sulla via degli dei. Possibile ordinare primi piatti a prezzi estremamente contenuti così come schiacciate farcite.
