03/04/2024: Hello everyone, I want to share this experience of mine. I start from the assumption that a Tuscan who cooks me a Limousine with Fiorentina cut in the OVEN🤬😱 YOU CAN'T REALLY SEE IT, It's like eating a carbonara made with cream. Apart from this observation of mine, for the rest we had a good time, the first courses were normal, the meats were normal, I was looking for a restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine, and the disappointment was strong, after numerous recommendations. But cooking a Limusine for 45.50 euros in the oven, I'm sorry to say it but the truth, you just can't see it, very bad. I'll take this opportunity to answer you. Mr. Chef did not eat the whole steak, in fact he left it for you almost half, inviting you to taste it, and I add that I did not object to the first courses or starters. I am only saying that IN A Tuscan tavern it is unacceptable to cook a Limousine in the oven. , and I immediately noticed it, so much so that I asked you in person if you had cooked in the oven, and she confirmed it with great embarrassment. If you want, next time I'll gladly come back to eat with you, but also to teach you something about Tuscan cuisine since you talk to me about latest generation ovens!!!! The Fiorentina must only be made on the grill and if this is not the case the customer must be notified.

11/11/2023: We've been coming to these parts for years now and then we always stop for lunch here. Typical and also historic restaurant of the area, it offers truly excellent traditional Tuscan and mountain dishes, very fast service and friendly and welcoming staff, if you are in the area I highly recommend a stop!

01/03/2024: Ottimo ristorante con servizio impeccabile e cortese. Gli spaghetti agli scampi erano deliziosi ed abbiam mangiato una tagliata al sangue cotta a puntino (scottata all'esterno ma morbidissima all'interno). Torneremo sicuramente!

01/11/2023: Pleasant discovery on Monte Amiata, excellent beers, friendly and very helpful staff. I admit that I am from the area but I had never had the opportunity to try this brewery. The Amiata beers are also particular, the one I tried *rgia di Luppoli was a very spicy IPA with fruity hints and therefore pleasant to accompany a good pizza. Speaking of the latter, it turns out to be excellent, very similar to the classic Roman flat and crunchy pizzas and therefore quite light (a bit of a shame about the dough which perhaps deserved extra cooking to make it crunchier). I also appreciated the fact that it is possible to choose the ingredients to season the pizza and create your favorite one. If for the pizza dough I would have removed half a star, I still feel like giving 5 stars because the goal of the ub is still to bring excellent beers (and they completely succeeded in this) and in any case to provide a pleasant meal to accompany friends and drinks , and here too they succeed completely!!!
I recommend everyone to stop by and appreciate the Amiata hospitality!! Beer lovers and otherwise.
26/08/2023: It's really good here, fantastic staff and excellent beers.
My advice to make it perfect is to include burgers and sandwiches on the menu just like at the pub.

08/01/2024: Difficile da raggiungere .... ma un vero paradiso per gli innamorati del buon cibo genuino !!! I ravioli, con qualsivoglia condimento, sono puro piacere per il palato. La cima, fatta in casa, ottima. Il coniglio alla ligure buonissimo. Cantina semplice ma con offerta adeguata. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo correttissimo. Il personale simpatico e accogliente. Ci si torna, senz'altro !!!
