04/04/2024: True Tuscan, or rather Maremma, cuisine with homemade pasta and superior quality products. Tables with a panoramic view, it's like seeing a painted picture.
03/04/2024: Very nice inn with rooms with attention to detail, the management is family friendly and there is courtesy and attention to the customer. Thanks to Laura and the original idea of a chamomile bouquet as a birthday surprise! Excellent dinner and breakfast

18/03/2024: Sunday lunch without reservation, the offer of dishes is good, the one in the cellar is a little less so. Beautiful location. All tasty and digestible. Much courtesy but the opening of the wine could be improved.
25/02/2024: Very nice, well-kept and elegant place, both internal and external, very kind and welcoming staff, very good typical local menu, excellent cured meats and meat. Good value for money. I will definitely come back

01/09/2023: Absolutely stunning location in the heart of the Maremma countryside. Pool is beautiful, food made in loco is delicious, delicious cocktails and very good service. There are several animals kept in total freedom across the fields and hills around the property including donkeys, native cows, horses, ponies and chickens. Absolute must go :) #wewillbebacksoon!

25/08/2023: io e mio marito abbiamo cenato qui in quanto ospiti della Locanda di Aurora( stessa ottima gestione). ogni sera è stata una cena indimenticabile, dalla pasta fatta in casa alla crema al mascarpone e per finire un liquorino delizioso, sempre home-made! Tutto curatissimo e cucinato con grande amore. Anche la location è spettacolare e molto romantica! Grazie Benni e Aurora , siete stati dei padroni di casa meravigliosi. a presto!

17/08/2023: Perfect environment for a nice moment of relaxation in an area where you can go trekking within everyone's reach, where in a short time you can admire spectacular views. From Sassoforte you can admire the island of Elba, the island of Giglio, Monte Amiata and the valley at its feet, the Val d'Orcia.
Trekking within everyone's reach but not only, for adrenaline (and beer) lovers, Sassoforte is also one of the best places to climb without a rope and have lots of fun! Bouldering in Sassoforte! ...ask around... ;-)
