However, the managers are kind and courteous.
17/03/2024: Having stumbled upon this by chance during a Sunday trip, we discovered this tavern in San Giovanni delle Conte... I think the place is very genuine, like the dishes and the atmosphere, something that has been somewhat lost in city life. We will definitely return during the summer, to be able to enjoy their cuisine at the outdoor tables.

we promised ourselves to go and see her, intrigued by a few words made during the course.
we found 2 people, she and her husband, friendly and available to please customers.
everything we ate comes from the farm that the husband looks after with great passion
exceptional desserts
we will definitely visit them again

01/04/2024: We were in Sorano during Easter... discovered this Hosteria... ate wonderfully well... to finish the dessert of apples, honey and cinnamon served on a bed of sublime cream... impeccable service and staff... we will be back

15/02/2024: In this magical village, having arrived after a persistent rain, we entered the restaurant welcomed by the owner alone, we were hesitant... but faced with the kindness of the lady who entertained everyone present, she managed to juggle cuisine and service very well . Everything was very intelligently thought out and so in the right terms we ate and drank very well. Compliments!!
28/01/2024: The place is nice and welcoming. The service was kind. We didn't like the dishes we tried and then at half past 8 on Saturday evening they had finished half of the second courses...

18/03/2024: Feeling at home, with impeccable service, genuine products, authentic design and a unique atmosphere. Their Burrasca Wine is truly an explosion of flavour. In my 4 day stay I returned 3 times. Fidalma a true journey back in time to the real Tuscany.
31/01/2024: Disorganized service, they were looking for the tables with the plates. The place had a cold atmosphere. We asked each room attendant at least 3-4 times to bring things and everyone forgot. The platter with cured meats and cheeses (with 6 slices) and forgotten cheeses 🤪 in the kitchen €16, which is very limited, would not be higher than €8 as the price.

05/09/2023: Si mangia in estate nella bella piazzetta antistante l’antica chiesetta medievale di Sovana oppure in un cortile interno.
La cucina è di qualità media buoni i taglieri di salumi e formaggi e le pappardelle, non convince la grigliata mista. Cani e gatti vi verranno a trovare durante la cena per reclamo di un boccone…

09/01/2024: Agriturismo pazzesco. Cibo a km 0 ottimo, porzioni generose e tanta cortesia.
E anche il conto è stato una piacevole sorpresa. anche come alloggio, davvero niente da dire: puliti e, avendo 3 figli... anche la presenza di tanti animali è un plus considerevole!

23/03/2024: In questo delizioso paese si può godere di un'enoteca con i piatti di una volta, della cucina contadina, ormai difficili da trovare e soprattutto da trovare cucinati bene. La scelta è volutamente limitata perché si predilige la qualità. Abbiamo preso un ottimo tagliere di formaggi, bruschette all'olio evo, cavolo nero e topinambur e infine due eccellenti zuppe, una al pomodoro ed una ribollita. Alla apparente semplicità si accompagna la raffinatezza della scelta dei prodotti (lo stracchino era superlativo), persino nell'offerta del caffè per il quale è possibile scegliere tra due miscele diverse. Buono anche il vino sfuso.
E non per ultimo da menzionare la gentilezza dei proprietari ed il conto, adeguato e non caro.
Bella scelta di vini da portare a casa.
14/03/2024: Ma che meraviglia, qualità, scelta, atmosfera, simpatia, piatti home made fantstici, prezzi giusti. I proprietari, Stefania e Vittorio, sono due persone indimenticabili.
