30/03/2024: I couldn't say anything other than an excellent place, with staff and owners of the utmost professionalism, preparation and kindness. Every time I go it's a real pleasure because apart from the excellence of the food and wine, the staff is really fantastic and takes care of every little detail... congratulations guys!!!

27/03/2024: Wonderful little venue with great farm to table food. Fresh bread made daily in house is my favorite bread in all of Italy. Magically match wines with outstanding Service. Three people make it all work!!!!

24/02/2024: Sono ormai alcuni anni che c è questo localino, che si è un pochino ingrandito e ha aggiunto qualche variante tipo pinsa e gin abbinati La base è sempre molto buona ben cotta leggera digeribile, peccato che per i miei gusti siano sempre più ricche di ingredienti.... troppi... Le rotelle non tagliano più e praticamente la devi mangiare con le mani La ragazza che ti aiuta nella scelta è la tipica livornese schietta, simpatica, pragmatica, La prox volta la proverò con al max 2 /3 ingredienti

22/02/2024: Excellent pinsa I would say, unfortunately it is served on a wooden tray with yellow paper on it, which inevitably in the case of buffalo mozzarella which runs and melts, moistens the bottom and the yellow paper becomes a mush mixed with the bottom of the pinsa dough, so you you find yourself eating paper and dough, which is neither nice to look at nor healthy I think, I deduce that it also happens for other condiments or at least for the heat between the pinsa and the wood. TO FAIL Enough of this yellow paper, or perhaps the one from Pinseria Lab is poor quality paper

28/03/2024: I went there on a Saturday evening and it was delirious, a shame because their pizza is really excellent. However, for there being so many people, fast and precise services, congratulations

06/04/2024: This was place was everything we hoped for! We stayed in Livorno for a few days, and craved a pasta. Saw the reviews on Red - and decided we have to go. Had one of the best pastas I had ever eaten. Had the cacio & pepe, and another black pepper pasta - both were insanely delicious. The house wine was also excellent - light, fruity and delicious. The only issue was the noise - it's a small venue, and there was a big, noisy group sitting across from us. Otherwise, a perfect experience.

05/04/2024: Wow - never in my life have I been asked to leave a restaurant… Let alone a restaurant that had 3 other tables in it on a Friday night at 8:30pm… perhaps this should have been a sign??? 🤷🏽 Our starter was perfectly pleasant… we enjoyed it… When the second course came (caciucchetto)… I asked for my soup to be heated through as it was tepid and not consistently heated throughout… this happens - especially if some ingredients have been frozen… the taste was good - I didn’t complain about the taste… The second dish - carbonara di mare - my partner tasted some sand… again - this happens with fresh muscles and clams sometimes (we work in restaurant and hotels) - we DID NOT complain - we simply asked for the issues to be corrected… following our dishes being removed from the table - we thought to be reheated… the owner of the restaurant approached our table and asked us to leave… The table next to us pointed out to the owner that we did not complain - we simply asked for our dishes to be corrected… The owner insisted on kicking us out of the restaurant… how sad! Typical macho Italiano - i’m the boss - I can do no wrong attitude… perhaps there are some unresolved issues he needs to attend to… not for me to judge… The kicker was - as we left - the waitress was stood there with our reheated soup - waiting to serve it… what an IDIOT - he didn’t even tell his staff he was going to kick us out 😂😂😂😂😂😂 If this kind of attitude gets you off - by all means book this restaurant… If not… book anyway and complain about your meal… you will be asked to leave having enjoyed your free starter and free wine!!!! Perhaps the rating should have been higher 😅 And of course - after many years of working in restaurants and never having been kicked out of one - I was a little vocal upon leaving… I needn’t have bothered - there were 3 other tables in the restaurant and they were well aware of what happened…

16/03/2024: Excellent, delicious meat and very friendly staff. The crostini served as an appetizer and the tiramisu are very good. I recommend the mixed raw dish and the fried brain.

04/04/2024: Urchin pasta, taste only pepper or something. It was Just “spicy”. No taste of urchin… I think they mistakenly put pepper instead of salt???the other pastas were good.

14/03/2024: Excellent quality of fish. Various starters and all really good. As a first course, I recommend the linguine with sea urchin, an exceptional dish.

03/03/2024: Sono tornato in questo bel ristorante, dopo oltre un anno, quando alcuni amici me lo avevano fatto conoscere. Mi ero favorevolmente meravigliato di come fosse stato ben arredato, dell’ottimo servizio (certo non da Livorno)e del buon cibo. Questa volta sono io che ho portato oltre a mia moglie una amica : antipasti e primi ben presentati ed ottimi, un fritto di gamberi squisiti e per niente unto, con verdura e totani. Servizio attento, ma non oppressivo. Dolci super golosi. Buona scelta dei vini ed un calvados da intenditore. Prezzo giusto. Ci tornerò.

25/03/2024: Go guys the food is very good! The flatbreads are delicious. The beer 🍺 Leffe on tap is delicious.

21/03/2024: Very courteous and helpful guys. The pinsa is good. The only downside is the parking because it is difficult to find a place for the car.

13/01/2024: Small but very nice and well-kept place, the super kind manager satisfied us in everything starting from the requests we had already made to him on the phone for the children, he was able to manage the entire room with several tables on his own without making anyone wait, no one problem for gluten-free super recommended ❤️

31/03/2024: This Osteria was a nice discovery. Small place, but big on food, I had lunch with my husband on Easter day, pampered from start to finish. Perfect food, tasty and light fry with panko, spaghetti with very good sea urchins, tasty cacciucchino, good desserts. We'll see you again soon!
