19/03/2024: Restaurant offering dishes mainly from Tuscany but not only. Full-bodied appetizer, the quantities of cold cuts are a little lacking, but the livers, truffle fondue and fried pasta are abundant. Second courses of tender and well cooked meat. Particular environment, but which should have been managed better in the division into kitchen, bathroom and closets. Unfortunately I ended up at the table opposite the bathroom. The room would be very characteristic but the central dividers penalize it.

24/03/2024: Excellent Tuscan trattoria, known through word of mouth. Very enjoyable dinner. In addition to land dishes, it also offers seafood and it is an added value. Giorgio very nice, affable and helpful. It will become my point of reference.

08/03/2024: Having stayed in the hotel we also decided to try the cuisine, a restaurant which is also present in the Michelin guide, what can I say starting from the entree to the dessert it was all delicious, fresh products and raw materials treated with respect, the location is very welcoming , the trained and friendly staff and the prices are absolutely accessible. As for the 5-star hotel, the same, as it is a historic building artfully restored (conservative restoration) therefore everything has remained substantially as it was, at the reception they are very helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean, therefore QuattroGigli is highly recommended and I hope to return soon.
05/03/2024: First time in the historic, characteristic and well-kept restaurant for a lunch with relatives, very attentive, kind and helpful staff, good dishes, panoramic terrace, nearby parking.

18/03/2024: Un locale abbastanza disadorno, con una cucina abbastanza ordinaria, pizzeria la sera. Unico motivo per pranzare qui è il prezzo: per un primo e secondo acqua e caffè ho speso 12 euro. Se si è di fretta va bene, altrimenti forse é più consigliabile spostarsi verso il centro.
18/02/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo in famiglia e abbiamo trovato un posto molto tranquillo e la signora (di cui non ho chiesto il nome) molto molto gentile!
Abbiamo mangiato un buono spaghetto allo scoglio noi e i bambini e una buona frittura a testa con patatine fritte e insalata.
Finito con dei buonissimi dolci ( tira2e panna cotta alle fragole).
Lo consiglio vivamente.
Sia per la gentilezza che la bontà dei piatti ma anche e soprattutto per il prezzo!!
Ci torneremo anche se siamo un. Po' distanti 😊

16/01/2024: Premetto che sono di Sesto Fiorentino e quando voglio mangiare e non avere sorprese parto e vado da Ganzo ,e con me tutta la mia famiglia.Tutti concordi che il menù è una garanzia qualsiasi cosa tu prenda.Noi siamo fun della braciata.Tagliata sempre ottima.I ragazzi sono organizzatissimi e sempre attenti e gentili.Ogni tanto capita di aspettare un pochino di più fra le portate,ma c'è sempre tantissima gente e questo la dice lunga.Bravi a tutti

04/04/2024: The accommodation is neglected, moldy and dirty. The bedding was also musty.
Gas was leaking and the toilet was clogged. Even though we reported the problem, we received no help.
The common toilet is below criticism.
The door to the room and toilet is tight and can hardly be closed or opened.
02/04/2024: A good compromise for those who don't want to spend an astronomical sum. Comfortable bungalows equipped with everything. Discreet cleaning.
We are 30 minutes from Pisa and 45 from Florence
