30/03/2024: Fantastic experience, killer appetizers. We had a tartare and a Camugliano starter, both fabulous. Then we ordered a very tender lamb and three pasta dishes. Everything was delicious (except the truffle tagliolini, which were few and with only butter and truffles). Finally we had a cheesecake and a fig tart, everything perfect.
26/03/2024: Excellent location surrounded by greenery and character. Very kind and welcoming service, good food but with something to improve... we were hoping for fried rabbit but it wasn't exactly like "grandma's"... too bad! However, we will definitely return.

04/04/2024: We ate there another time and returned on Sunday 31/03/24, Easter day but we were not at all satisfied. There was a lot of confusion given the turnout in the rooms which were really full of diners, which is also why the service was quite poor, too many people, infernal chaos almost like a festival. The dishes, even those that are not too well prepared, some first courses (paccheri with seafood ragù) are cold and poorly seasoned, let's even add the cooking to be too al dente. I don't want to list the other unpleasantnesses.... I hope it was just a separate episode because the restaurant usually gets excellent reviews.
We will return and we will have proof that it was just a particular day in which even the staff seemed to be in difficulty.

10/01/2024: To Mr. Andrea Tinelli I would like to say that I only find his language unpleasant, I don't allow myself to judge his person because I don't know him but there are different ways of expressing one's opinion. Reading the other reviews it makes me think that you were thinking of going to the Grand Hotel instead of a place where you are with your family, where you spend the evenings together, where you live well. I know Don Marco well and he is not rude, if he had a certain reaction it makes me think that you did not address him with respect and people like you are not welcome where you live respecting your guests and those who host you.

28/07/2023: Totally lovely experience. The pizzas! I had Salsiccia and Funghi and will remember it for a long time. Thin as a bed sheet and delicious as… Very delicious.
Nice serving lady (even if at the beginning it looked like she's not glad we even arrived), and then we had a friendly chat with the pizza lady herself. Pleasant evening, really!
(Just you know – we did not aim to your restaurant, as Google Maps claimed you are closed. This is a thing I have noticed with various places in Ponsacco and the rest of Italy too.)
