06/04/2024: Quiet environment where you can spend a good evening. Excellent Service, Attentive, Prepared and Very Kind Waiters. the dining room manager, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and the wine. What about the food: Oysters of many varieties, stratospheric appetizers, and a killer risotto with monkfish, chestnuts and a celery foam. We will definitely come back to eat there. Highly recommended.

27/10/2023: Bella esperienza! Per la prima volta gnocco e tigella, buonissimi! Ottimi i salumi, i formaggi e le verdure grigliate. E le salsine di accompagnamento. Come incominciare? Come procedere? Imbarazzante! Conclusione con tigelle calde e confetture. Il tutto servito in una atmosfera di cordialità e gentilezza che, purtroppo, non sempre si riscontrano.

28/02/2024: Caffè a basso contenuto di caffeina, cappuccino sciacquone (con latte tiepido non portato alla giusta temperatura, quindi imbevibile), i baristi che servono i clienti habitué prima di te ma soprattutto.. siamo a fine Febbraio e ci sono ancora gli alberi di Natale! Ma scherziamo?

Very varied wine list in terms of prices and grape varieties. I had a great time and met Anna, the owner of the new management who is a wonderful person. Which I always look at, very clean bathrooms. 05/03/2024: Very refined environment with the room equipped with windows facing the valley. Spectacular view during dinner. Good food. Kind service. One flaw: there are few tables near the windows and you have to book several days in advance to get one (they told me at least the Tuesday before the weekend). Recommended in summer given the possibility of eating outside on the panoramic terrace.

04/04/2024: Before we placed our order we were asked for our ID while half of our group did not want to order alcohol. Then the waiter walked away and skipped 1 person. When he brought the drinks he didn't say anything. The drinks were very tasty, but the service was a little less in our opinion. We got the feeling a bit as if the waiter did not want us there. We didn't feel welcome. Except for this waiter, there were hospitable employees present.

01/04/2024: Everything is perfect in this historic restaurant in the center of Montecatini: welcoming and cool atmosphere, balanced and refined dishes, very welcoming and professional waiter service. We were there 3 times in 3 days, as a family and also with the dog (she was also treated very well)
