31/03/2024: Excellent welcome, spacious and super clean rooms. Everyone is very kind, from the reception staff, to breakfast, to cleaning. We drove around several cities and the location of the property allows it. Excellent price. A special greeting to Leonardo with whom I immediately managed the booking. An exquisite and very professional person. Thank you all, a hug from the Neapolitan family.

22/03/2024: I have come to this establishment several times when I go to Tuscany. The welcome is fabulous, the staff always attentive, and bending over backwards to ensure that your stay goes well. We are welcomed there as if we were part of the family. Multilingual staff. Quiet and calm hotel, very clean rooms. From the terrace, the view of Florence is fabulous. We appreciate the huge free parking as well as the hearty breakfast. Animals are as welcome as their owners. I recommend 200% You won't find better around, especially 12km from Florence.

29/10/2023: Truffa.... Pizza al gran biscotto Rovagnati fatto con il prosciutto del discount. Lo scrivono anche, specificando la marca nel menu... Come se non si riconoscesse la differenza fra un prosciutto da 1€ etto da quelli di marca. Se proprio non potete fare a meno di andarci, suggerisco di assicurarsi bene della guarnizione delle pizze, prima che le chiudano nel cartone.

01/01/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato la sera dell'ultimo dell'anno. Cena a menù fisso, per adulti e bambini. Siamo stati davvero bene. Ottima cucina ed ottimo servizio, e non è scontato per la cena di fine anno. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

25/12/2023: Fuimos hacer la comida de Navidad en familia, tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo hasta que nos sentaron en la sala y nuestra ubicación en el restaurante era muy mala, nos colocaron en una mesa con muy mala posición. Faltaban sillas y la mesa estaba a medio poner, teníamos que levantarnos todo el tiempo a cerrar la puerta y no estábamos cómodos. Empezaron a traer comida y debo decir que todo estaba exquisito, desde el entrante, primeros, vino y demás; incluso el Panettone de postre era sublime. No obstante, el servicio pésimo, lento y poco profesional, faltaban cubiertos, vasos, no se llevaban platos (una catastrofe). Al final la gente se iba sin tomar café porque no los traían…. 75 euros por persona el menu y 55 para los niños. Un precio muy elevado para un servicio tan malo y sobretodo para el de niños, porque le sirvieron un plato de pasta y un poco de pollo con patatas fritas 55 euros me parece un auténtico robo. Una pena, porque la comida era muy buena, pero la experiencia no lo ha sido. Deben redimensionar los precios o poner el servicio a la altura de ellos.
