10/03/2024: Both a restaurant and a wine bar, the Pillhof restaurant offers guests a refined, elegant and welcoming environment. The cuisine is superb, extremely refined and with seasonal ingredients, the dish in the photo speaks for itself.... So a varied menu that always adapts to the seasonality of the ingredients. The dining room staff is helpful and attentive to customer care, very good 😊. It is a pleasure to return to this beautiful place for lunch or dinner. The wine cellar is a plus if you want to take advantage of it. Nice in spring or summer to eat in the outdoor courtyard.

18/03/2024: We've known the place for a long time. The current tenant made the best pizzas my wife and I have eaten in a long time. We'll definitely come back.

07/04/2024: Were here today and ordered 2 cokes, 1 chocolate and two yeast!! After 30 minutes the waiter comes, turns everything off and says there is no more yeast!! Ok then just two veneziano!!! No, our order will not be made and brought straight away, all other tables will get their drinks before us!!! After another 40 minutes we decided to pay extra and leave then the biggest question came who would pay for the rest!!! The rest never came, the staff should have seen that!! Kind regards UH.

19/03/2024: A highlight was the wine tasting. Kudos to the sommelier for the interesting insights and the excellent wines. 🍷✨️

06/04/2024: We now stay at the hotel 1-2 times a year and still go home with new and great memories. The rooms are always furnished in castle decor and you receive a very warm welcome. After a large selection of excursions, you can jump into the pool or whirlpool or play tennis in the afternoon. Always good for mind and body! Many thanks to the great team and the dedicated family that runs the hotel.

31/03/2024: Yesterday we spontaneously went there for dinner because of an overnight stay. We didn't have a reservation, but we were still warmly welcomed and allowed to eat there with our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, even though it was already very fully booked. The ambience was very nice, the food was delicious, especially the dumpling variations were a dream. We would come back there at any time.

25/03/2024: The restaurant has a nice location with parking and good interior. The pizza is average, good, nothing exceptional, I prefer the Neapolitan style but it must be said not bad. The former and latter look good. The only negative note are the prices of the first and second courses, unlike the pizzas which remain acceptable. It must be said that we are in Cornaiano and not in the center of Milan near the cathedral. Canederli at €17-€18 I already struggle to conceive of it in the very high mountains, asparagus with ham above €21, a non-fish pasta dish even at €18... In short, I went to one-star restaurants where the prices were these. A bit exaggerated also because it is the maximum possible sum for better or worse

20/02/2024: We had a great time. The food in the restaurant was very great and super tasty! The arrangement was a dream for my eye as a photographer. The breakfast was very diverse and brilliant! We felt we were in good hands and well looked after. The course menu in the restaurant is highly recommended - you definitely have to see it and of course try it.

21/01/2024: Hotel in a panoramic position overlooking the vineyards, welcoming, clean and complete rooms with the necessary services. The restaurant deserves to be "experienced". We were amazed and surprised by the creativity of the dishes, the magic of the presentation and the explosion of flavors that pervade the palate. It would deserve to be recognized as "starry" and would surprise the critic Anton Ego (of the film Ratatouille. It is worth the detour if you are in the Bolzano area.

18/12/2023: Piccola gemma nascosta nella corte di un edificio architettonico antico unico e straordinario, ambiente caldo elegante, curato accogliente, atmosfera incantevole, personale cordiale e attento, servizio preciso, cucina eccellente, piatti che esteticamente hanno un gusto armonioso si distinguono dai piatti della zona, ottimi e porzioni abbondanti, ingredienti di prima qualità, abbinamenti perfetti dei vini un vero gioiello culinario. Il menù cambia ogni due settimane.

02/04/2024: Environment on the outskirts of Bolzano. Few typical local dishes and some discreet oriental variations. I was expecting something more traditional, given the immense South Tyrolean range. Overall I would say "fair".

17/03/2024: Very nice environment with terrace, excellent food and friendly staff. They have widened the entrance to the car park which was previously narrow.

25/10/2023: Seit vielen Jahren mein absolutes Lieblingshotel. Herrliche, ruhige Lage zwischen Weingärten und Apfelplantagen. Bozen vor der Haustür. Gemütlich, kein großer Hotelkasten, mit erlesenem Geschmack innen und im Außenbereich gestaltet, alles immer blitzsauber, schönes Hallenbad, 3 verschiedene kleine Saunen, schön gestalteter neuer Schwimmteich, einladender großer Garten. Hervorragendes Essen, freundliches Service, überaus nette Betreuung durch die Eigentümerfamilie

16/10/2023: Ein wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Hotel, nahe Bozen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Dellago und den Mitarbeitern empfangen. Das Essen ist GENIAL***, und wird mit viel Liebe zubereitet und serviert. Der Service absolut perfekt!!! Danke an Laszlo und das gesamte Service-Team:-))) Sauna, Hallenbad und Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Dafür immer sehr gerne den Wein auf der schönen Terrasse genossen. Einen mini Abzug gibt es für das Bad. Die Duschkabine sollte bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war unser DZ einwandfrei. Ein sehr schönes familiäres Hotel zum rundum Wohlfühlen, mit vielen Stammgästen und großem Vertrauen. Sehr, sehr gerne bald wieder!
