Excellent breakfast with quality products, fantastic dinner from the starter, first courses, bread, second course and desserts.
A note of merit for the spa and the typical afternoon dessert buffet. A cuddle!
17/03/2024: The "Drumler" is the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The rooms are spacious and the daily service does a very good job. Kitchen and restaurant service are excellent. Swimming pool and spa offer opportunities for active relaxation.

The small cafe is comfortably furnished, it could be a little warmer.
The service is friendly and helpful.
We had a pumpkin affogato (almost a dessert and super tasty) and a latte macchiato.
To eat we had a cheese hummus vegetable platter, as well as pancakes with pistachio cream and apple strudel. Both highly recommended! The cheese plate came with 2 rolls and is very large.
We'd love to come back to try more!

30/03/2024: Paradise on a plate - we were very happy this evening! 🥰 From the many tempting dishes, we chose the Jerusalem artichoke risotto, the beef fillet in a hay bath and the saddle of veal with a thyme crust. And what else can we say other than: Wow! All the dishes were incredibly well seasoned, the quality of the products used was wonderful, the flavors were brilliantly combined and the portion sizes were just perfect. Add to that the warm-hearted and courteous service from junior boss Max, a fine wine, the wonderful ambience and the evening became an absolute holiday highlight. We can highly recommend Arcana and will definitely come back!
03/03/2024: I really enjoy coming here for lunch on the sunny terrace or dinner in the cozy restaurant. Not only is the view magnificent here, but also the service and the taste of the food. It is cooked with regional products and lots of love! If you've never been here before, you're missing out on a very special gourmet experience in a friendly atmosphere, so what are you waiting for? Definitely try it out!

11/03/2024: Very welcoming place with varied menu and special pizzas. Good prices, definitely excellent value for money. The staff very kind and smiling. Also excellent for takeaway or home delivery, punctual and the pizzas always arrive hot!
26/02/2024: We ordered our food before 12 p.m. because we didn't want to risk a long wait with two small children. Unfortunately, we were unlucky. Our wait was over an hour. Two tables that came after us had already paid when we hadn't had any food yet!! After asking for the third time, the waitress tells you that the kitchen isn't ready. Food was delicious when it finally came. No response with the bill or a scoop of ice cream/schnapps as compensation for the long waiting time.

Service was, as already mentioned several times, absolutely excellent.
Very attentive, friendly faces, frequent unobtrusive questions...
Food was very tasty and nicely prepared.
We were also lucky that our favorite wine was open.
Price really okay.
Heart, what do you want more.
18/01/2024: We were here for dinner and were really more than satisfied. Starting with a delicious Lugana and a very tasty starter. The main course was not only beautifully served on the plate, but also very tasty and plentiful. The price-performance ratio is really excellent!!!!!

28/03/2024: Friendly waiters. Dinner does not correspond to that of a 4S hotel, gluten-free alternatives very uncreative. The breakfast is also rather monotonous. The pool area is very small and some of the rooms are unkempt.

02/03/2024: Rifugio molto bello e tipico. Abbiamo ordinato canederli e cotoletta,entrambi ottimi piatti gustosi e porzioni abbondanti. Consigliamo di andare se volete un pranzo tipico tirolese in un rifugio con una bella vista sulle montagne. Personale cortese. D’inverno non è possibile prenotare ma noi abbiamo trovato posto facilmente. Unica “pecca” è la strada che fatta in auto è molto stretta anche se tenuta bene e con spiazzi dove fermarsi per far passare le altre macchine,si consiglia di fare attenzione e di farla possibilmente con la luce del giorno. Il rifugio si può comunque raggiungere anche a piedi (con una camminata abbastanza ripida) o con gli scii. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per il posto. Abbiamo speso 20 euro a testa circa

10/11/2023: disgusting experience never again, it said orange juice big in front of the coffee machine and they told me they make it, I drank one and it was canned juice full of sugar and preservatives which are also harmful to me, and It also costs 5 euros, always in the area, a good juice and if it's made with 100% fruit, that is, definitely better and healthier, you pay 4 euros for it... dishonest!

11/02/2024: Ambiente accogliente e tranquillo. Piatti ottimi con un tocco di originalità. Gentilissimi, ci hanno riservato un tavolo appartato visto che eravamo con un cagnolino. Squisita la tartare e il risotto agrumi e gamberi. Non economico ma prezzo nelle attese. Torneremo sicuramente.
