27/03/2024: Thank you for the incredibly delicious and relaxed lunch with you in your cozy room. We've wanted to test the evening menu for a long time, but we've never managed it so far and have now taken advantage of the opportunity to open at lunchtime. Service, ambience, cuisine, wine - all 10/10. We'll be back soon, then in the evening for even more facets - we're already looking forward to that! ☺️

We really enjoyed the great presentation of each course :) Great wines. Such a beautiful little guest room. Overall very good value for money.

The Stark holiday apartment we booked
is very high quality and tasteful
equipped and very clean. Of the
you have a large terrace
fantastic view. The
Breakfast service is included and
includes delicious in-house products.
Our four-legged friends are also very happy
felt comfortable and the dog playground immediately
explored. Everything is just right here. We
had a wonderful short vacation and would love to come back.

Very well furnished holiday apartments, very beautiful gardens and a very ❤️hostess. There is nothing negative to say about the Gapphof with the Clio. The large EKZ upon arrival can make you a bit frightened about relaxation... but the cheerful and warm welcome upon arrival and the tastefully furnished apartments more than compensate for the feel-good factor. 🤗
We will be back definitely.

10/03/2024: Questo ristorante e'uno dei migliori della pr.di Bolzano,piatti molto ma molto buoni ,curatissimi ,se ti fai consigliare anche i vini sono coordinati con il cibo e il gusto e'eccezzionale.Il servizio e'molto curato e attento.Dimenticavo e'un ristorante con 1 stella michelen.

30/09/2023: We were at Gström on Saturday evening, the service was excellent, but we weren't so happy with the food, because if you order beef carpaccio with fresh chanterelles you should also get fresh chanterelles and not pickled ones from the jar, which is a shame...

15/01/2024: Un'esperienza bellissima! Ottimi piatti tipici consumati in questa location che sembra uscita da una fiaba, ottimo vino e grappe.
È personale gentile e molto simpatico
17/12/2023: Maso un po’ difficile da trovare, disperso in una stradina lungo un meleto. Una volta arrivati siamo stati accolti dal proprietario che ci ha fatto accomodare in un tavolo. Che dire, posto unico e fuori dal comune, un maso del 1300 tenuto in buonissimo stato e con arredamento dell epoca. A scaldare il tutto una grossa stube di 300 anni, stupenda.
L Oste, una volta elencatoci i piatti e fatto due chiacchiere, ci ha insegnato a tagliare lo speck, che avevamo preso come antipasto accompagnato da del pane casareccio e vino della casa. Il piatto di mezzelune e canederli veramente buono e a chiudere il tutto un ottimo strudel.
Materia prima davvero ottima, il tutto prodotto nella loro azienda agricola a km0, piatti fatti in stile casereccio come davvero farebbe una nonna, tutto ottimo speck compreso.
Premetto però che se cercate privacy e intimità di coppia forse non è il posto giusto, lo consiglierei a gruppi di persone o a chi voglia fare una esperienza diversa dal solito e immergersi nell’ antichità e nella tradizione tipica del sudtirol. Esperienza unica

06/04/2024: We stayed in room 4 (holiday apartment), I've never had such a bad holiday apartment before, completely built up, bathroom was okay, bedroom and kitchen way too many cupboards, we don't go on vacation to watch TV, but when it's evening and It's a little cooler, you like to watch the news, but in this apartment it's almost impossible with a distance of about 1 meter in the passage, the owner should sit in front of it and look for himself. We also booked breakfast and that was top three thumbs up high .Swimming pool was also okay, we only go to the sauna without clothes, it took some getting used to with things. And what I found bad was that if you had to leave a day earlier because of a family situation, you would still be charged for that night. We didn't leave because the weather was bad.
15/11/2023: We were very excited. Nice room with a balcony. A very nice family. Great breakfast. In the evening 5 course menu (HP). Simply recommended 👍
