30/03/2024: Granbaita is always a certainty. Beautiful structure and well organised. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and we will certainly return. We thank all the staff who contributed to making our stay exceptional, from the chefs to the girls at the reception. In particular, thanks to Alice who always served us with care and kindness and to the chef from Naples who delighted us with his friendliness and his dishes. Thanks also to the shuttle guys for their precious service. On the day of departure we had problems with the car and the girls at the reception immediately took steps to find a solution. 30/03/2024: Beautiful hotel. Wonderful attentive staff. So nice to have dinner in the hotel every night after a long day of skiing. The menu changed everyday.

01/04/2024: Super nice boss - authentic with South Tyrolean wit and charm! Perfect steaks: Tomahawk steak, Chateaubriant, onion roast. Great salad buffet. We often visited this great restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Wonderful wine selection. Thank you for the lovely evenings.

06/04/2024: We went to Costabella because it was recommended by our host but after our first visit we just had to come back. Costabella is the loveliest restaurant with the most amazing food and the atmosphere is just immaculate. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Selva Gardena!

18/03/2024: Great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner are great. The rooms were also very clean and tidy. The shuttle bus took us every morning to the gondola a little further away and we could ski back almost to the hotel. In short, this hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely come back again.

24/03/2024: We spent another wonderful week at the Freina Mountain Lifestyle Hotel. We have been happy guests for years. Service and rooms were, as always, great! Always friendly and accommodating! This year we would like to particularly praise the kitchen - the food was excellent every day! We are already looking forward to next year!

17/03/2024: We only had dinner one night, and we will now make this a regular on our future visits to Gardena. With an extensive menu (including Haxen) and wine list, it has something for everyone. Our meal was fantastic, and the service was of the standard you would expect for an establishment such as this.

06/04/2024: One of the most beautiful and cozy huts in Val Gardena. Right on the Sellarunde if you drive it counterclockwise. But oh well, always recommended as a detour. Totally nice boss and staff. By the way, the hut has been rebuilt. Be sure to go inside.

29/03/2024: Restaurant at the @tyrolhotel. Its name means at the top. It has two tasting and à la carte menus with Alpine and Mediterranean dishes, with a pairing option. With a very authentic style of the area, wood panel walls, it has a very cozy and intimate atmosphere. I loved the red calf sashimi with caviar, green pici with lamb and cuttlefish ragout, sea bass with lemongrass, veal with bone marrow juice and smoked capers, and tarte tatin with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. The pairing with the dishes was very well chosen and very well explained. It has a small main room with tables for small groups and a more private area where we had a table of 8. They have a 5-course menu for €170/pers, a 6-course menu for €185/pers. They were very friendly and took good care of us.

27/03/2024: We had lunch there today. Excellent service with very competent and friendly staff. The meals were very good. Higher level. The ambience is also very special and fits the surroundings. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants a special location and very good food.

06/04/2024: Very comfortable place located in a hotel, going down the stairs you arrive in a rustic restaurant all in wood with a new, slightly more modern part, abundant dishes, amazing pizza, prepared with love, friendly and professional staff. I'll be back

02/04/2024: Quiet pub with an Austrian feel and staff in Austrian-dress. Great for lunchtimes and low-key apres-ski. The sandwiches are big, and they're good. I can recommend the diavolo sandwich.
