09/10/2023: Selected range of organic and regional foods. What counts much more, however, is the nice courtyard café, where you can get coffee and cake, as well as savory snacks and cocktails, after climbing up to the castle (or even before). Highly recommended!

13/09/2023: We were surprised by the relatively large selection in the somewhat hidden store. We were also surprised to find products there that we also buy in Germany (Berchtesgadner organic milk, products from Andechs Monastery). Are there no comparable regional providers in Vinschgau? We preferred to take some of the very tasty pairs of suggestions from the Schuster bakery with us, and we also chose, among other products, from the cheese counter. All cheese pieces were foil wrapped (and vacuum sealed). In the summer we always have a small cool bag with a cooling battery with us, so our goods arrive in Germany fresh and undamaged. We were particularly enthusiastic about the Sardinian pecorino (pecorino sardo), which we also like to buy elsewhere in Italy. But this one was so fresh, aromatic and without any sharp or bitter taste components that it only "survived" for a few hours after returning home ;-) . This cheese alone is a reason to come back. Yes, we also think: The owner/seller is extremely nice.

24/10/2023: Das Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen , die Auswahl des Abendessen ging, man brauchte sehr viel Geduld bis das ganze Menü endlich serviert wurde , beim Frühstück fehlte der Latte M, den gab es nur gegen Bezahlung, hatte man direkt beim Hotel gebucht , brauchte man keine Parkgebühren zu bezahlen , in der Saunalandschaft war der Ruheraum riesig, die Saunen waren gut , die Dampfsauna wurde leider erst fast 1 Stunde später als die anderen eingeschaltet oder gar nicht erst eingeschaltet aus Energiegründen

03/11/2023: Das Rössl ist sehr elegant und heimelig eingerichtet. Mann/Frau fühlt sich sofort wohl und auch das essen ist hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam
