Great service, really delicious food.
What more do you want?
We will be back.
03/02/2024: We stopped for a coffee (they have Caroma as their coffee which is a must and at the correct price!) and a slice of strudel, very good.
Unfortunately in the winter they don't do dinner and we couldn't stop there, but it's definitely a place worth trying.
Very clean toilets, really friendly staff, the place is small and you need to book.

28/12/2023: Ristorante di grande spessore, ideale per apprezzare l’alta cucina stellata sudtirolese in un ambiente raffinato ma che al tempo stesso non abbandona lo stile tipico della zona, sapientemente ricreato in una antica casa dello splendido borgo di Tesimo. Dal menu, la scelta à la carte o quella nei vari percorsi di degustazione, convincono. Cantina completa, specie di etichette locali, anche al bicchiere suggerite dal simpatico titolare. Un locale che porta avanti a pieni voti la tradizione enogastronomica dell’Alto Adige con equilibrate divagazioni internazionali.

05/01/2024: Mangelhaft, der Kaiserschmarrn war verbrannt und innen roh, habe es beanstandet und es wurde nur damit kommentiert sie würde es in der Küche ausrichten.

05/11/2023: Wir waren an zwei Abenden zu Gast.
Der Saibling mit lauwarmen Linsen als Vorspeise ist sterneverdächtig. Das Wienerschnitzel ausgezeichnet und auch das Risotto mit Lamm konnte überzeugen.
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und netter Service.

28/12/2023: It's 8am on December 28th and after a long journey to get there we find it closed!!!
