23/03/2024: Good evening. First of all, I would like to thank the team, especially Mrs Jennifer, for their availability, understanding, help and professionalism overall! We highly recommend Engels Park hotel and it is only up to you to choose the right room and amenities that meet your desires! I am one of the Romanian group, mentioned by Frau Bartl…And I really wanted to give also a feedback to her comments, as they are not according to the truth.😒 Yes, we were a big group, with 20 children actually. Of all ages, from 2 to 16 years old. And, just like you, we were hotel guests, we payed and had the right to enjoy our holiday! And they were not on “Silent mode” all the time, as anyone can imagine. They are children, they talk, play, run to their rooms, etc. So, again, I am sorry and apologize if they disturbed the other clients at times. But, they were not doing it after 22 o’clock! We actually went to sleep early most of the nights, as we were there for skying! And, as I told you then, when you were shouting at our children😣, if you don’t like kids and want to be in a very silent hotel, you can go to an Adults Only. Engels Park is not an adults only hotel. But I do want to underline a very important fact! That Miss Jennifer and the owner were there at all times, and every time a client complained that the children are too noisy, they came to us and took the appropriate measures! They did the same, in our last evening, when YOU provocate the monster scandal! The evening that YOU and your supposed son in law verbally attacked our children, and almost hit one of them😡! This, without any adult present! My 6 years old son was so scared, that he was in shock! And your son in law actually used sexual language to offend and shout at our daughters! 😡😡😡 And when one of the parents of our group came up the stairs, was also your son that jumped at his throat! I was really tempted, and only out of respect for you and for our children I did not put the video online! But now I wish we had called the police, as I am sure he wouldn’t have remained unpunished! So, let me tell you, if you have a problem with minor children, you do not attack them, scary them and make sexual allusions at young girls!! You go to the hotel’s personnel and to their parents! And you solve it LIKE AN ADULT, if you claim to be one! So, at this point, who’s children do you think are less educated?!?! Our minor kids, or your over 30 son??!😒 If you have a problem with the children, you have options! We are all humans, and there is always a solution, if you act like an adult. But your son in law had no right to act the way he did, and make the damage he made to our children! 😡 So, once again, all the respect to the hotel’s team, for the way they handled the situation! Thank you and keep up the good work! We would suggest for the future to make a special room / playground for the children☺️, in order to keep them occupied in a more defined space.😊 We definitely recommend Engels Park hotel!🙏🤗

14/03/2024: Grudge purchase as had car problems & needed an overnight stay Probably a nice place to stay in good weather and if you like leisure facilities Room was ok but had no outside windows other than velux roof and was a bit dated and tired Nice to have a welcome drink and breakfast was good but overall, for me poor value for money at €150, other places nearby offer a better price quality ratio

16/02/2024: Spontaneously decided to take a weekend trip to South Tyrol to relax and unwind. No problem in the Sterzingerhaus panoramic restaurant. Due to the weather, the innkeepers told us in advance on the phone when we made the reservation, the access road was in poor condition. Well, with a medium-sized car and normal mountain driving on an unpaved road you can get up safely and safely. We were looking for peace and relaxation and found it. We were able to quickly forget our everyday worries with a culinary meal. The friendly team gave us a great weekend. THANK YOU for that - we'll be back... On the annoying topic of Corona: The topic is being taken seriously and implemented aggressively - we think that's good. February 2024: After two years, we went here for a birthday trip in winter and tested the cuisine of the “winter operation” - the test was passed with distinction. Sunny viewing terrace and friendly staff who let us enjoy the sun in peace after our meal

06/04/2024: We were at the restaurant for dinner. It was super tasty and high quality! The service was very nice and accommodating! There is also a children's menu and parking right outside the door.

02/04/2024: a very lovingly run hotel, unfortunately we were only there for one night our room was very nice and Vipiteno is a pretty little town

30/03/2024: Excellent experience at this hotel a few steps from the center of Vipiteno. Large rooms, well furnished, wooden but sober in design, large and modern bathroom. Nice balcony available, charging for electric cars, skiroom and wellness area, which we didn't use due to commitments.

24/01/2024: Esperienza sublime. Siamo stati in questo ristorante a gennaio, con la mia famiglia. Cibo super, i miei bambini hanno apprezzato, sono stati seduti 2 ore, e per 2 bambini di 5 e 7 anni, 2 ore non sono poche, ne è valsa la pena! Tutto perfetto. Particolare attenzione alla materia prima. Personale gentile, silenzioso, molto affiatato, senza parlare si capivano con uno sguardo. Non è un ristorante per tutti, aggiungo… e menomale! Se cercate la quantità ed il cibo mediocre non è per voi. È superlativo! La mia recensione sicuramente non rende l’idea. Non vi resta che provare e non ve ne pentirete. Per quanto riguarda il conto, è in linea con ciò che mangi, le vostre papille gustative vi ringrazieranno!

02/04/2024: Sono ormai anni che ci fermiamo in questo locale a pranzo al rientro dalla montagna. Ottima posizione vicina al casello dell’autostrada. Staff cortese e veloce. Disponibile sia pizza che pesce che cucina locale. Il tutto preparato e presentato bene. La spesa è nella norma. Questa volta abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente sul caffè, risolto immediatamente dalla cameriera.

16/12/2023: We stopped at this bakery/bar/bistro by chance during our holiday in Vipiteno. Really very nice atmosphere (I can't give 5 stars just because of the view of the petrol station, of which it is part), normal prices, very good quality, excellent service. Clean and rather comfortable, excellent for breakfasts, aperitifs, quick snacks.

28/03/2024: A cozy, beautifully furnished hotel with a beautiful view and a beautiful spa area. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food tastes pretty average and I found a hair in my food. The waitress initially wanted to change the dish, but then she was told in the kitchen that it was not a hair, but a fiber from the meat. Breakfast consists mainly of bread and cheese, very little fruit and vegetables.

The sauna and relaxation areas lack privacy due to the overabundance of people, compromising relaxation. It is also disappointing to note the lack of seating, making it difficult to find space to relax. This lack of comfort significantly affected the experience, making it more unpleasant than expected. First and last time.
