Even though I live quite far away, I have already gone several times, both as a couple and in company and we have always had a great time, see you soon!
19/03/2024: Excellent pizzeria. I think I ate one, if not the best pizza I've ever eaten, it cost 17 euros but I spent it willingly. High quality raw materials, young, competent, kind and helpful staff. People who manage to excel in a difficult sector like catering are to be admired. Congratulations, I will definitely come back to visit you.

15/02/2024: Una bella domenica di sole siamo saliti a Montagnaga in compagnia di due coppie di amici, una delle quali con tre bimbi piccoli. Avevamo prenotato e siamo stati accompagnati al nostro tavolo. Antipasto a buffet con tantissime verdure cotte e crude, buona offerta di primi e secondi. Ottima la proposta dei dolci. Buonissime le tagliatelle al sugo di capriolo e la tagliata di manzo. Presente anche una sala per accogliere i bimbi che hanno potuto giocare dopo aver mangiato velocemente. Cameriere cortesi e disponibili. Prezzi contenuti. Da consigliare.

25/12/2023: Really cute hotel just outside Trento. We found it by pure luck, after, on December 7, the B&B we had booked kicked us out with an excuse (we later saw that it used to do this with others too). The squirrel hotel was a very pleasant discovery!! Super attention to detail, very clean, excellent breakfast and excellent staff. Also possible to have dinner there, if you were tired and didn't want to go out. We will most likely return in the summer, to fully enjoy the facility (which has tennis courts and a swimming pool - in addition to the spa) and the splendid mountain paths in the surrounding area.
11/12/2023: Very welcoming hotel, 10 minutes by car from Trento, equipped with all comforts.

01/04/2024: Excellent location, genuine food, courteous staff and assortment of foods (Roman pinsa, grilled meat, fish, dumplings, homemade desserts etc.) make us stop in this place every time we pass on the 'PINE' plateau
22/02/2024: We tried to contact the owners in the first days of December 2023 using the form on the site for a menu proposal for a simple baptism lunch. Never received a reply! Knowing that they are currently closed, we called the "alla third" restaurant also managed by them to get the information we were looking for. The owner doesn't have time to spend on the phone and leaves us his email. After several days he contacts us to ask us the date and budget, we reply and to date no response.... Well what can we say zero professionalism, the budget will not have been to their liking...
I don't recommend.

08/09/2023: The bar is located near the shore and is very suitable for a stopover. For example when hiking around the lake. Here you can find very good crash ice cream 🍦, various drinks (cold and warm) and snacks to cool down if you're slightly hungry. The town of Baselga di Pine is also just a few minutes away.

06/04/2024: I found this structure by chance and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me who travels a lot... Franca, the owner, is a professional taster regarding the food and wine of the Piné Plateau, but with an extension to regional excellence.
Abundant and assorted breakfast (the homemade jams, without sugar or preservatives) are noteworthy... it's a pity that the restaurant business has temporarily ceased and therefore I haven't been able to taste the cuisine, which is undoubtedly of excellent quality 😋
A recommendation: punctuality in the arrival time 😀...

13/01/2024: Il locale è gradevole, il caminetto presente non era acceso e sicuramente avrebbe nella sala avrebbe riscaldato l'atmosfera e la temperatura. Menu senza trope pretese, portate giuste senza troppo curare la presentazione, carta vini buona...ma nel complesso estremamente caro per i piatti molto elementari che offre. Mi spiace ma non torneremo più.

10/03/2024: Quando ci si confronto per la prima volta con un posto come questo, noto per la cucina di livello medio-alto, le aspettative sono irrimediabilmente alte, anche perché ci si "impegna" economicamente. Uscire pensando che però, alla fine, non si ritornerebbe, un po' dispiace.
Si mangia bene certo, ma non ci si emoziona più di tanto: ricorderemo gli spaghetti con l'anguilla e il risotto, ma i secondi non hanno lasciato il segno (certi abbinamenti sembrano più un vezzo che una scelta di gusto).
Il servizio a volte perde il passo e non siamo stati in una serata da tutto esaurito; fanno piacere il digestivo offerto e le due entrate in attesa, un po' lunga, del menù, ma sono aspetti di dettaglio. In 4 abbiamo preso due antipasti, quattro primi e quattro secondi, due dolci e qualche calice di vino, spendendo 75€ a testa, che non sono proprio pochi, soprattutto se non rimane la voglia di tornare per provare altro dal menù.
27/02/2024: Abbiamo fatto un'esperienza, sensoriale culinaria fantastica, ragazzi molto preparati, si vede che c'è molta ricerca, conoscenza dei prodotti, e cosapevolezza nel abbinarli.

19/08/2023: Essential menu (which is much appreciated!), characterized by tasty typical dishes, prepared with care and professionalism. The service is guaranteed by a handful of young people who are willing, kind and attentive to the customer's needs. Prices more than fair. The setting of Bedolpian is the icing on the cake. If, after a little investigation, you discover that everything is managed by a non-profit association, made up of young people dedicated to social activities and particularly attentive to the inclusion of disabled people, 5 stars are too few. We highly recommend.
