I'm seeing the 4 restaurants on 8. For work I am often in Umbria and I frequent many restaurants, agritourisms and "farms". Congratulations for what I saw on the show regarding the quondam cello farm. I must say that in Umbria I have always eaten well and more than well. Only once I and whoever was with me ate terribly: in Gualdo Cattaneo at the hosteria il grottino. When I find myself in the Montecchio area I will know where to come and eat. Thank you

09/10/2023: I've been to many bars and I find this one particularly interesting because you can sit down as long as you want and no one will queue!!!, next time I'll bring the bottle from home and some appetizers!!!
