07/04/2024: I found out about this establishment through the fork and I went there one evening for dinner with my boyfriend! We were both thrilled by the beauty of the location and the resort itself... everything was very accurate and elegant!
For dinner we had both meat and fish and all the dishes were truly delicious; excellent value for money and the right portion of the dishes! Very friendly, professional and helpful staff! I really recommend it to everyone... we will definitely be back!!!
03/04/2024: Elegant and well-kept location, very kind staff, excellent cuisine and food (including breakfast), a small but really lovely spa, highly recommended! I spent a relaxing weekend in an enchanting corner of Umbria! I recommend it 🤩

16/09/2023: Were there as “normal” vacationers.
The service was very good and helpful.
The breakfast is more typically Italian. Just packaged butter and jam. But there are fresh cornetti and scrambled eggs.
But the whole building is an unkempt, old box that urgently needs updating.
The room was ok, but unfortunately there was no opportunity to put your suitcases down. Unfortunately, the mini fridge is of no use for anything.
And unfortunately there is no restaurant either. The pool is a highlight.
But such strange things as everything being locked down from 7 p.m. in the evening and having to feel your way through dark underground corridors to your room are also unacceptable.
06/09/2023: It's the third time I've returned to this wonderful hotel in the greenery of Umbria! Great for relaxing in the beautiful pool. Rooms, cleanliness, disarmingly kind staff. Manuel, in the morning at breakfast made us feel at home and Fiammetta with her wonderful smile recommended us beautiful places to visit around there...
Highly recommended!

20/03/2024: You expect much more from an Umbrian country restaurant. The appetizers (cold cuts and cheeses) seem very "supermarket", fettuccine strictly "Not homemade". The only good thing is the mixed grill (pork and lamb)

Tutto buonissimo, dall’antipasto al primo e dal secondo al dolce.
Prodotti di qualità e ben cucinati.
Ciriole buonissime e agnello super.
Abbiamo già prenotato per tornarci!!!

16/03/2024: Il Gattopardo, dopo anni ormai, si conferma una certezza nella ristorazione. Tutto su livelli molto alti, se continua a riscuotere sempre successo i motivi ci sono. Prodotti di qualità, servizio sempre preciso e massima organizzazione ne fanno un punto di riferimento della cucina tradizionale umbra.
30/10/2023: Gestione indifferente, pizza secca e senza buona lievitazione, sebbene saporita. Se cambiasse gestione sarebbe meglio

03/03/2024: Sono seduta qui a tavola e voglio lasciare una recensione prima di andare via. Cibo normale. Servizio PESSIMO.
Per tutti i tavoli intorno a noi a tavola c'era pepe, sale e olio. Al nostro nulla.
A tutti i tavoli accanto hanno servito un amuse bouche di benvenuto. A noi niente.
Dopo 40 minuti ci portano l'unico (per fortuna) piatto a testa che avevamo ordinato.
Il condimento è arrivato con l'insalata.
Hanno cominciato a sparecchiare mentre stavo ancora mangiando.
Pessimo, mai più.

17/07/2023: Ho scelto questo ristorante per una cena con amici memore delle passate esperienze positive, grande delusione nello scoprire appena arrivati al ristorante che si erano trasferiti in un altro paese (colpa anche mia che non ho chiesto quando ho prenotato, sarebbe stato carino però farci sapere che si erano trasferiti). Ma veniamo alla cena, come antipasti abbiamo preso un fritto e un insalata di mare, il fritto aveva un sapore strano come se avessero usato olio vecchio, l'insalata senza infamia e senza lode. Due tagliolini alli scoglio, la pasta era scotta e cosa mai capitata prima mangiando le cozze sembrava che ci fosse della sabbia (nelle cozze?). Una grigliata di carne (2 piccole salsicce e 3 pezzetti di carne piccoli anche questi) una grigliata di pesce 4 pezzi in tutto. Abbiamo chiesto poi un dolce (fragole con la panna) le fragole erano caramellate, non erano cattive ma mi sarebbe piaciuto saperlo. Per il conto abbiamo dovuto aspettare il titolare che era seduto ad un tavolo a conversare beatamente con i presenti, il cameriere quando ci ha visto alquanto scocciati è andato a chiamarlo. Conto 110 euro!!! Bye bye San Faustino a mai più rivederci.

18/03/2024: In una location rustica dal sapore antico, tra le pietre vere del territorio e le antiche macine originali si può trovare un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per le materie prime impiegate e soprattutto la massima disponibilità nel venire incontro alle esigenze di un gruppo numeroso che voleva spendere poco ;) il ripasso delle tagliatelle al sugo d'oca è stato apprezzatissimo! Squisite!
Molto bello lo spazio fuori che ci ha permesso di godere di una meravigliosa domenica pre_primaverile! Bravissimi!
05/11/2023: Ottimo pranzo in un ambiente rustico e familiare! La vera cucina umbra di una volta!! Torneremo presto con i nostri amici!!!

20/08/2023: Tutto perfetto cibo camerieri. Ma se si va in moto e la "chicca" decide di metterti a fonte morelle sappiate che dovete fate 1 km di strada sterrata lei la spaccia per romantica ma è anche molto buoia. Peccato non ci siamo capite, lo ripeto prezzo cibo eccellente
