24/02/2024: Arriving by chance for lunch, we received a great welcome, and consequently an excellent presentation of the menu. Great willingness to offer tastings of the various dishes chosen. Good and well presented dishes all with high quality products, with an eye to local producers. Wide choice on the wine list. Right relationship between price and quality. Advised.

Cibo tipico valdostano. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ad ogni portata ti spiega come sono preparati i piatti e a spiegare le tradizioni culinarie della zona.

07/01/2024: Siamo tornati al ristorante jutz il 5 gennaio per una cena in quota in compagnia e come sempre siamo stati divinamente!barbara e Nicola sono persone speciali e gestiscono in maniera impeccabile questa piccola perla immersa nella montagna.Il cibo è spettacolare e lo chef non manca mai di venire a presentarsi alla fine della cena.
Consigliatissimo sia in inverno che in estate!
Qualità prezzo assolutamente adeguati!

Lot of apetizer but not good and the hamburger, oh my god ! The worst I ever eat. Not 100% beef, so much salt that it's close to be impossible to eat the whole plate. We were 4, nobody finished its plate...
20/02/2024: Really nice bar in the village with very good food. Would happily go back if in the area again.

29/12/2023: Our table was free when we arrived but we were told we were 15 minutes early. Then no one came to take our aperitif order until we were shown to our table.
They then wanted to take our order quickly, which is fine. The pasta came and was very good.
The main course cerdo (venison) wellington was very slow coming 45 minutes after the starter and without any vegetables - so just pastry and venison.
There was no interest in whether our food was good or not.
There are plenty of better restaurants locally and at a better price.

Locale moderno curato accogliente.
Proprietari attenti alla cura di ogni dettaglio. Cibo di ottima qualità rivisitato in chiave moderna una vera sorpresa.

Tutto organizzato alla perfezione dalla proprietà. Su sito si trovano le info tra cui le coordinate gps per parcheggiare l’auto. A pochi metri arriva il gatto delle nevi a recuperarti, destinazione punta Jolanda.
Locale valdostano, con caminetto e vista stupenda.
In più abbiamo mangiato e bevuto bene. Personale disponibile e prezzi giustissimi.
Prenotazione obbligatoria. Locale super consigliato.

02/04/2024: Warm and welcoming place, super friendly staff who can accommodate even small requests (I have a 3 year old girl who doesn't eat everything). Abundant dishes with prices in line with any other restaurant.
Absolutely recommended for families and groups who want to stay in a jovial and peaceful atmosphere.

17/03/2024: We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Wongade! The owner and Martina could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Location was great, comfortable rooms and fabulous on site restaurant, with the added bonus of a sauna, perfect for after a days skiing! A true gem in gressoney, we will be back!
One minor improvement is to maybe have coffee/tea making facilities in room - however all we had to do was ask and we were provided with all we needed no matter the time.
Thank you Wongade for a truly memorable stay!
12/03/2024: The all-wooden cabin is made with attention to the smallest details, tasteful and valuable materials, room 5 is very large and romantic, an equally large bathroom with a modern shower. We stayed one evening for dinner, nice atmosphere, background music, local menu, very interesting wine list. Well presented and above all delicious dishes, smiling waitress always available for any questions.
All excellent, for a correct expense compared to the service offered. Experience to be repeated.

06/01/2024: We were disappointed - although the food was really very good, the restaurant was lacking in cheery alpine atmosphere compared to other mountain restaurants and the people who worked there seemed overworked and not enough of them. Would not return.

16/01/2024: Ritorno ben volentieri al Ristoro Colle Betta dove qualità delle materie prime, cortesia, simpatia dei proprietari e una vista fantastica la fanno da padrone!! Si inizia con una bella birra media accompagnando di conseguenza una pizza chiamata Sottobosco super! Consigliatissima, credo sia la migliore pizza in alta quota di tutta la Valle d'Aosta. Consigliatissimi anche i dolci che vanno a concludere il mio pranzo di relax con una fantastica torta Sacher fatta dallo chef!! Tutto super e a un prezzo per mio modesto parere giusto, contando anche i 2700 metri ai quali si trova il Ristoro!! Consigliato e da provare assolutamente per gli amanti dell'alta montagna e degli sci!!!

Pizza molto buona!
L’unica pecca le tempistiche veramente lunghe ( soprattutto delle pizze).
Abbastanza caro rispetto a tutti gli altri rifugi sulle piste.
Locale dentro freddo rispetto a tutti gli altri locali.
( molte persone si notava che mangiavano con la giacca)
Suggerimenti: Forno in più per le pizze ( buonissime)
Qualche grado in più nel locale.
Spero siano suggerimenti costruttivi più che critiche.

07/01/2024: Rifugio sulle piste da sci, super pieno nei giorni di punta, ci si organizza con gli altri in coda per condividere il tavolo. Piatti semplici e della tradizione, prezzi onesti, porzioni standard, almeno quelle di polenta e zuppa valdostana.
11/09/2023: Di sicuro tornerò di nuovo, personale gentilissimo accoglienza super, mangiare super. Bravi-bravi ad alla prossima visita!!!!!

07/01/2024: Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente. Abbiamo cenato qui la sera dell'Epifania, io ho preso un antipasto di formaggi locali e la zuppa valdostana e mio marito delle salsicce arrosto con polenta e come dolce la cheesecake ai frutti di bosco. È stato tutto ottimo. Il titolare è molto gentile e simpatico. Sicuramente se torneremo a Gressoney andremo di nuovo a mangiare da Petit
