27/01/2024: A truly superb experience of typical Aosta Valley cuisine. The dishes on the menu are few and masterfully cooked. The concia polenta, available in three versions (normal, concia - with fontina, fat - with fontina and butter) is superb. Meat and sausages melt in your mouth. Informal and relaxing environment, smiling and courteous staff.
08/01/2024: Top food and service, grandfather Felice Number One, I was on holiday in the area with friends, in 4 days it was the best place where we had dinner. We will definitely be back! Hello Happy Grandpa!!!

10/02/2024: Ideally located between the Great Saint Bernard tunnel and Aosta, the White Cross has not changed over the years. I have enjoyed stopping there for over 30 years. The menu is varied and everyone will undoubtedly find something to please them. And I’m not talking about the wine list which presents a very nice selection of local and Italian wines. The staff is very friendly and professional. For our part, we had great pleasure tasting the selection of cheeses from the Aosta Valley as a starter accompanied by Bosse raw ham (a marvel!), followed by a magnificent Chateaubriand. We will undoubtedly stop there during our next visit to Aosta! Many thanks to Alexis for her excellent service!

12/01/2024: Cena di quattro persone con due bimbi piccoli. Mangiato davvero bene: gli adulti un flan di verze e vitello tonnato in antipasto e poi gnocchi e ravioli ricotta e borragine. I bambini del jambon alla brace con patatine fritte fini (les allumettes), che hanno finito leccandosi i baffi. Bevuto un eccellente barbera d'Asti di Vinchio Vaglio in accompagnamento al pasto su consiglio del proprietario, che si è dimostrato davvero cortese e simpatico. Ottimo posto che consiglierei per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
