19/02/2024: Ciao. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, i miei gnocchi al sugo erano squisiti e anche i piatti che avete portato a mamma e papà. Dolci meravigliosi. I camerieri sono stati molto gentili e simpatici con me. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie Lollo (6anni)

16/02/2024: Ormai sono 3 anni che ogni volta che siamo a Zermatt cerchiamo di venire a pranzo a Cervinia alla Bricole. Non dico che sia una passeggiata visto che spesso non ci riesce di prenotare per telefono quindi ci passiamo di persona, però ne vale veramente la pena. I ravioli all’astice e i pate sono i migliori delle Alpi. Poi se ci passi la mattina, fatti fare un cappuccino, che per trovarne uno a questo livello ti tocca sciare fino a Roma 😜

02/04/2024: A beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms and direct piste access. A stay here would always be fantastic but what really makes it stand out is the service. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing and really made this a trip I will always remember. We will definitely be back!

01/04/2024: Had a lovely lunch here. Good local food and super friendly service. We came a second time and it was just as good. Proper Aosta food after a morning skiing pow. Just what my body needs, the alpage soup and the beef fillet wrapped in lard were purely medicinal for achey legs. Couple of killer Aosta wines really helped soothe the pain. The whole experience is just what anyone who loves food and the the mountains could wish for.

19/03/2024: The restaurant offers outdoor tables, surrounded by lots of snow with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn, a wonderful day. The food was also excellent, we had lunch and the dishes are inspired by local cuisine. Impeccable service. Advised!

18/03/2024: Food was good, but wouldn’t say amazing, as I usually expect with a Michelin restaurant (of which I’ve been to many). Presentation was nice, but not overly impressed with taste/flavors. Staff was attentive and service was top notch. Atmosphere is such that it wants to be cozy in a ski town with simple wood decor, but there is something missing to the coziness, and just feels a bit stiff and cold. Overall, decent meal but not worth the Michelin prices.

15/03/2024: Durante la vacanza ci torniamo sempre, ottima cucina anche per mia figlia celiaca, strova sempre ottime soluzioni senza glutine. Cucina tradizionale in un ambiente casalingo.

01/03/2024: Piccolo ristorantino lungo la statale di Valtournenche a conduzione familiare. Servizio accogliente e premuroso da parte di due signore di cui una presumo la proprietaria. Menu tipico valdostano. Abbiamo preso salumi misti e vol au vent con fonduta, salumi buoni troppo salato il lardo. Poi polenta con fonduta buonissima e appetitosa sino all ultima cucchiaiata con fonduta leggera che non ti chiude lo stomaco dopo poche cucchiaiate. Il mio accompagnatore ha preso la bistecca valdostana veramente ottma grande farcita con ingredienti di qualità proprio perfetta per un commensale affamato dopo una giornata di sci!!!! DA PROVARE La fioca valdostana con frutti bosco una e con cacao l altra ha chiuso il pasto. Per me unico neo un po troppa paprika quasi su ogni piatto ..... Conto onesto con offerto caffè e digestivo. Noi non abbiamo preso nulla e super super abbiamo avuto corrispondente sconticino sul conto! Grande savoir faire pressoché unico! DA PROVARE
