28/03/2024: I'll try to write my opinion, it's difficult for me because it's the first time in a restaurant of this level. An unforgettable evening, in every respect, and congratulations to all the staff and to those who were able to answer even the most difficult questions. Gloria's cuisine is based on the territory, local dishes expanded by flavors of the earth and water of the mountains, revealing them in delicate and fragrant dishes. I struggle to say which dish was best because they all were. The "fake" candy, or the fake olive, is brilliant. I don't remember seeing anything like this in person. Although I was intolerant to some foods, I had no problems of any kind, thanks to the fact that the chef uses fresh raw materials, and at the same time very balanced to make the dish at its best and let you feel all the aromas and flavors inside. The place is both formal and informal, and on the ground floor just inside the entrance, there is the bar. They have both à la carte menus, but also two types of tastings, which I tried, one normal and the other vegetarian. If you want, you can pair the wines, which I recommend doing to have a complete experience. The place is well air conditioned, and on the first floor you can admire the roof and wooden beams, typical of mountain huts, which recalls the mountain landscape. What to say!? You just have to try. I will definitely go back. Ah, booking, what am I telling you, is mandatory.

24/03/2024: The tasting was a crazy sensory experience... combinations of flavours, colours, aromas that explode on the palate and surprise, even excite. The environment is evocative and welcoming, the ceramics and materials on which the dishes are served are original, particular, appropriately chosen for each course.. The service was impeccable. We can't find a flaw even if we try to look for it. We were prepared for so much, having followed Gloria's path, but we were amazed a hundred times more, beyond expectations! We felt truly pampered... And the final pampering was the greeting to the chef's table, a gesture that was greatly appreciated and never taken for granted! Congratulations to you, your husband and all the staff. Highly recommended.

13/02/2024: Two friends and a nice dachshund, a Monday evening in February, bad weather, mountain road... You have to come to Verzegnis specifically. Yet at Il Fogolar, there is no shortage of customers. A positive signal. The fire welcomes you as soon as you enter and invites you to take a pleasant break. Whether, as we have chosen, at a characteristic table next to the fogolar in the Osteria, or in the typical restaurant room. The atmosphere is authentic, it is that of the right convivial meeting place where time stands still. The kitchen offers traditional Carnic dishes and more, all very inviting and prepared with quality. There will be no surprises on the bill, everything is clear on the menu and even at the counter there is no shortage of precise indications on the price of wines by the glass or in the bottle (this is not always correct in restaurants). And the cover charge is offered as indicated on the pretty placemats at the tables of the tavern. We liked it in every way. A wild Sella Chianzutan was worth it on a wolfish evening!!!

01/04/2024: The level of cuisine that is never banal and of excellent quality has been reconfirmed. Every time I bring someone who doesn't know this type of cuisine and then comes back because they were positively impressed. Price in line with the proposal and welcoming environment. The service could be improved, a little distracted.

18/02/2024: Chi non ho mai fatto una sosta in questo piccolo ma delizioso locale , non sa cosa si perde . Fare una colazione gustandosi un superlativo cappuccino , accompagnato da una deliziosa brioche farcita è una delle cose che puoi goderti in questo bar . La qualità dei prodotti offerti è di alto livello , serviti in maniera ricercata ed impeccabile , in un’ambiente arredato in modo davvero gradevole . Il servizio offerto dalle ragazze è ottimo . Onestamente impossibile trovare qualcosa di negativo . I prezzi sono adeguati all’elevata qualità offerta . Visitatelo e diventerà sicuramente uno dei vostri posti preferiti

15/01/2024: Trusted pizzeria! High quality ingredients and low prices! It offers a very varied menu, from pizza (very good) to Pita Gyros, in short, there is something for all tastes! We had a really good time, the owners are very nice and welcoming which is not at all a given. A place that also has comfortable outdoor tables in both summer and winter.

From the first spoonful, you can taste all the creaminess and quality of the ingredients. They have a wide selection of flavors, ready to satisfy anyone's needs. The staff is always cheerful and helpful and knows how to give you the best advice
