19/03/2024: Optimal!! Eating here is a complete surprise, relying on the guidance of the chef/owner you reach a goal that leaves you very satisfied. The wine selections, both local and otherwise, are also excellent. Everything very good.

17/03/2024: We went to Osmodi on February 10th for dinner, the place was just for us. In these cases it's worth the trip, the restaurant pays great attention to detail, the chef Deborah was fantastic (thanks again) we had a 6-course tasting and wine tasting, particularly pay attention to intolerances and allergies. as regards the menu in words it is difficult to explain what we felt while eating its dishes, it was a carousel of flavours, smells and consistencies of the dishes above the average of many famous starred ones. We will come back for sure

02/03/2024: Very kind owner, sweet, affable, clean place, amazing dishes, bags not exactly handy to get there but I must say that the atmosphere is really delicious, we ate and spent the right amount of food, really well looked after, I must say that I will go back to eat the second courses that we didn't take on the advice of the owner who advised us to her disadvantage not to take them because the first courses were plentiful very nice everything to visit

01/04/2024: On EASTER EVENING, we booked for two and we showed up without warning and late in 4 but Francesca promptly intervened with a smile and made us sit right away. We were served at the table by the very kind girls with quick and impeccable service. To date, Giusta is the best pizzeria you can find in Tarquinia. Ps: I got up from the table with a flat stomach and this almost NEVER happens to me...this denotes the excellent quality of the workmanship and the ingredients. PRAISE PRAISE PRAISE

07/04/2024: We went yesterday, four really super sandwiches, original, with abundant condiments and at absolutely reasonable prices (if I think of the plastic stuff they give you in motorway restaurants!!!). Worth going there on purpose I RECOMMEND WITHOUT RESERVATIONS!!!!

05/04/2024: Small but welcoming place, with some tables also outside along the private driveway that leads to the restaurant, all just a few steps from the ancient village of the town and the road roundabout, where you can admire an original Moai statue from the island of Easter. Menu based on traditional local and especially Vitorchiano dishes, served with courtesy and speed by the young and friendly staff in the dining room. In the company of another couple, we spent an excellent Easter Monday day, delighted by the following dishes: 2 platters of cold cuts and cheeses with a portion of baked porcini mushrooms with potatoes, a spectacular Pentolaccia alla Vitorchianese (a dish from times gone by, absolutely to try), a cavatello with tomatoes, chilli pepper and fennel, a grilled rib eye and typical Vitorchiano skewers. All accompanied by a good house wine and coffee at the end. In summary, tasty dishes, right portions and above all a very honest bill. We'll be back to try the desserts, which looked delicious!

29/03/2024: The snails are excellent, really good! Pappardelle with chestnut flour with porcini mushrooms and truffle was good, too bad you couldn't taste the chestnut or the truffle, perhaps simple ones with porcini mushrooms would have been excellent. Good price/quality ratio! Nice find!

The girl who served us was very nice, attentive and nice, she also offered us cookies or cream to add to the ice creams without charging us any extra. If we return to Tuscania we will definitely go again. Totally recommended!

01/04/2024: Spectacular company that produces incredible cheeses. Suggestive place for the natural beauty in which it is set. Having lunch there is a real pleasure among all the selections of cheeses and cold cuts of own production. All the courses are fantastic such as the pici alla Amatriciana and the ravioli made in home.Crazy wild boar stew.Excellent selection of wines with many natural producers in the area.Really very nice owner.Absolutely worth trying, super mega high rating

17/03/2024: We have known Poggio della Guardia for several years, from the "old guise" and we have always been satisfied with the pizza, the cuisine and the grill. We decided to celebrate our daughter's Confirmation here last week, in this renovated, expanded and wonderful location and what can I say? We found Daniela available to propose and assist us in choosing a menu suited to our needs, even for guests with intolerances, and it was a succession of professionalism and friendliness: preparation of the room, welcome, food with quality raw materials, ability and attention of the waiters during service. We were fully satisfied and even more gratified by our relatives and friends who definitely appreciated both the place and the excellent dishes. Excellent service-quality/price ratio

04/03/2024: Inserted in a characteristic alley in the historic center of Civita Castellana we discovered this typical and welcoming place. The dishes tasted (Fettuccine with Mixed Mushrooms, Pici alla Gricia, Savoy Cabbage, Roasted Radicchio, Tiramisu and Cheesecake) were all exceptional with excellent workmanship and high quality of the products, compliments to the chef. When we return to Civita Castellana it will certainly be our restaurant for a pleasant dinner. Excellent Quality/Price

11/03/2024: A little out of the way for us who are near Poggio di Otricoli.......but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. The ice cream was very good, perhaps the best I have ever eaten. The very kind ladies. It's worth it, even traveling a few extra kilometers.
