30/03/2024: Ristorante super accogliente, i ragazzi di una gentilezza unica . Per non parlare del cibo , buono e di ottima qualità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

10/03/2024: Il Chianni Bistrot è un posto splendido, per la cura con cui è arredato e con cui i tavoli sono apparecchiati, per la gentilezza e professionalità del proprietario e delle sue collaboratrici e collaboratori, per l'accuratezza nella scelta dei prodotti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti con sapori ricercati e allo stesso tempo veraci. Se volete mangiare bene ed essere trattati con vera cura, ve lo consigliamo assolutamente!

01/04/2024: Truly special place.. friendly, welcoming and competent staff (they are very young guys, regardless I congratulate you, 20 year old guys with a desire to work are not easy to find). Refined and very good food. Not recommended... Too bad about the parking... Too many policemen don't help 🤣

27/03/2024: We had the menu with 6 courses, which were decidedly generous compared to average (always considering a tasting menu). We had a great time and will definitely be back. The staff is very kind and attentive.

30/03/2024: I ate an excellent piadina on Easter Saturday. You immediately perceive the owner's professionalism and dedication to the cuisine he offers. Small place, well organized and extremely clean! I highly recommend!

30/03/2024: The food is good (I used spelled piadina with legume burgers, vegetables and sauces) and you can sense the owner's love for animals and how much he cares about the animal rights cause. Small but perfectly kept place. Quality products. Come back every time you go to Pisa!

05/11/2023: The best ice cream that my husband and I ate during our two-week vacation in Tuscany :) The owner is very friendly and explained the different, unusual flavors to us in detail - even though we were only there shortly before closing time.

04/04/2024: Passing through during the bike excursion, we found what we were looking for: excellent food, very friendly and efficient service, quick and at a fair price. The place is a typical Tuscan trattoria, but it's really worth a stop!! .....and thanks also for keeping our precious bikes safe for us, allowing us to have lunch in peace!!!

24/03/2024: It's definitely an experience that is well worth visiting if you're in Tuscany! You won't be disappointed! And, you will most likely get a chance to meet Maestro Andrea Bocelli's brother, sister in law, niece, and nephew, as they are the ones in charge of this business.

04/04/2024: A unique restaurant in which although we have to collect the dishes we ordered and "set the table", everything is done in a super friendly way and the food more than justifies this little extra effort. Very very good.

06/04/2024: Splendid location surrounded by greenery and peace with a beautiful view of the village of Castelnuovo. Very nice place with the possibility of eating outdoors. Menu with a few well-prepared and abundant dishes, local products and fresh pasta, all very good. Quick and courteous service. Highly recommended!

02/04/2024: “The art of cocktail mixing”: I happened to pass the bar and stopped in because of the good music. When I entered, I saw a great, lovingly designed and very individual bar. Pietro, the owner, prepares every single cocktail with absolute dedication, professionalism and perfection. I know what it means to make good drinks because I worked as a bartender in Germany for some time. This bar is a “must” for connoisseurs and appreciators of the high art of bartending! You should have a bit of patience, as the preparation of the drinks as described takes some time. It was an experience watching Pietro! It's great that there is something like this in Volterra.

14/03/2024: Better than a restaurant, because here you see the dishes and choose them. The raw materials are fresh and of high quality and there is a sufficient variety of dishes to satisfy all tastes and needs, with particular attention to the territory and Pisan tradition. The meat is supplied by the butcher's shop run by the same family. There are few seats, but takeaway is always possible.
