24/01/2024: Pranzo di lavoro: eloco, disponibili e abito mercato le pietanze. Personale gentile e oltremodo disponibile. Quando ripasso, mi fermo ancora lì a pranzo.

13/01/2024: qualche anno fa era un ristorante di livello medio alto, sono contento che abbia riaperto e ci sono tornato volentieri. cibo e servizio buono ma secondo me si può migliorare... tornerò sicuramente per verificare. sul prezzo un plauso perchè era molto molto onesto, bravi.

15/03/2024: The structure is mainly family-run, has clean and spacious rooms, the staff is courteous and does their job with passion! We stayed in this property for one night and also stopped for dinner and lunch the next day. The menu of the day was really very tasty and vast with choices of different varieties between first and second courses. Furthermore, upon request there is also a very extensive menu of pizzas. We recommend trying the very tasty and light pizza! We recommend this property and will gladly return as soon as possible!

01/03/2024: The owner Gelsomina is a very kind person, the rooms are beautiful and the food is amazing!!

18/01/2024: We were late in the evening and they were already cleaning, I didn't quite understand where the meat came from because the meat in the heater that keeps the kitchen warm wasn't still and turned off. Apart from that excellent taste, it's a shame that the service isn't there, you get your food at the counter, your drinks in the fridge and then at the end you put everything back in the new baskets and at the counter.

05/10/2023: Well one of the best in Belluno, every time I pass there for lunch or dinner, I gladly stop..... The only flaw is that every time a customer who has stopped to eat there leaves, the staff doesn't go to clean the table and tidy up, and they should do it immediately, haime it's not like that.... Order and cleanliness leave something to be desired

04/01/2024: un cappuccino e una brioche a 3.50 euro quando ancora in moltri altri bar e pasticcerie di Belluno e dintorni si pagano 2.80 euro. Giudizio negativo

06/02/2024: Location perfetta non solo per un pranzo in famiglia ma anche per fare eventi / matrimoni, sono rimasta sorpresa dal posto incantevole immerso nel verde con una vista magnifica sul lago di Santa Croce. Personale accorto a tutte le esigenze. Magnifica giornata!! Da ritornare sicuramente

24/09/2023: Un pranzo domenicale in compagnia della famiglia e amici. Valutazione 5/10 e forse meritava anche meno. Questa recensione la lascio perché ho diversi motivi per farlo : 1) mancanza di un menù cartaceo e il tutto dettato a voce dalla cameriera che potrebbe anche andare bene se si è in 4 al tavolo ma non 10 come noi oggi. C'è stata una gran confusione nello scrivere la comanda. 2) nel servire la seconda portata , alcuni commensali hanno dovuto aspettare 20min perché li avevano dimenticati e nel ricordarlo alla cameriera ,ci sono stati addebitati sul conto 2 portate in più. 3) a fine pasto sono stati ordinati dolci e caffè e di nuovo che dimenticano i caffè e quindi sono stati richiesti di nuovo alla cameriera . 4) abbiamo preso 3 acque e 1 bottiglia di vino e sul conto sono state addebitate 1 acqua e 1 vino in più. 5) alla richiesta del conto sono state fatte presenti le diverse portate in più sbagliate ed ecco che vien fuori l'arroganza e la maleducazione della signora cameriera ( forse responsabile del locale) la quale si rivolge con modi e toni inappropriati e maleducati mettendoci anche in forte imbarazzo . La voglia di mandarla a quel paese era tanta ma SIGNORI che siamo , siamo rimasti composti e sereni anche se avevamo tutti i motivi per farlo. Intanto sul conto ci sono stati addebitati 20 euro in più nonostante gli errori fatti presente. Consiglio ai titolari e dipendenti di avere più accortenze verso i clienti, di porsi sempre in modo garbato perché i social nonché recensioni aiutano i vostri prossimi e futuri clienti a pensarci anche 2 volte nel farvi visita.
