14/03/2024: Diverse volte mi sono recato al Centrale per dei pranzi di lavoro che durano circa un’ora. Mi sono sempre trovato bene come per altro i miei ospiti/clienti che mi chiedono puntualmente di tornare. Qualche giorno fa sono andato anche a cena e sono rimasto veramente colpito per la qualità dei piatti e per il servizio. Devo dire che la stessa cosa avviene anche a pranzo, ma a cena il momento è particolarmente piacevole probabilmente perchè siamo tutti un pò più rilassati. A questo punto mi sono deciso di scrivere un commento che vuole solamente rendere merito ala continuità di alto livello di questo locale.

07/04/2024: We ate pizza. It is absolutely not the Neapolitan dough. Neapolitan pizza is softer, but this one was a tart in comparison. The waiters are very friendly and smiling, everything was clean. The location is also very nice. The price is affordable and related to the quality of the food, service and environment.

31/03/2024: We went to celebrate a friend's birthday in this place, we enter at 7.45pm we give the name of the table reservation they make us sit... they arrive after half an hour for the drink obviously they don't come to ask us but we called the waiter who couldn't even tell us the names of the wines, at 9.00pm we still had to have dinner, no one came to take our food reservation, I called the waiter who called a girl to tell us what was there, looking at the menu he mentioned it a little ' of things to eat, in the end we get a pizza and some fried food. We continue the evening outside the restaurant where we take two more glasses of wine, after a while they bring us the WRONG bill adding 3 sandwiches €6, a taxoni €4, a gingerino €4, things that we had not ordered and putting the fried food at 18 € which I find suitable as a price for a total of €104 for 6 glasses of wine, a pizza, 2 spritzes and a fried dish, I point out to the waitress that the bill was a mistake as they had put things on it that we hadn't taken, she brings us back the bill for a total of €98 he took away what we hadn't taken but he increased the price of the fried food. I also point this out to the waitress and she tells me I'm prejudiced. So let's start from the assumption that if you take away the things that we didn't take and increase the price by telling me that the fried food was plentiful already here you are unprofessional and also trying to cheat people, drunk bartenders with zero service I will never set foot in again there.

05/04/2024: Truly exceptional! We tried the buffet at midday and the pizza in the evening with appetizers and bruschetta offered on the house... Everything was wonderful... We will return often.

23/03/2024: The restaurant looks beautiful, I wasn't able to see it, I wanted to give some advice to the ladies at the events, be very careful, today you didn't make a good impression. I sent an email 15 days ago to book a baptism for 60 people for September 22nd, I called on Friday evening and you told me that you had placed and made an appointment for today at 5pm, traveled 50km to come and see and confirm the date and when I arrived, you told me there was no room and you didn't remember telling me you had room. This is a terrible thing and I don't recommend this place to anyone to make long-standing reservations you have staff who are worthless sorry everyone there are no excuses for me it's worth nothing to have traveled 100km for nothing. You must organize the event staff in the best possible way

07/03/2024: Kind, always cheerful and attentive to their guests. A place managed with love, passion and attention to detail, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Every lunch or dinner is a unique experience and the dishes are phenomenal. Even the furnishings and fittings of the venue are some simpler and others more particular but always refined and elegant.

16/03/2024: Nice bar with seats outside too. Good parking... The only thing was a little too much ice on the spritz 😜
