29/03/2024: Not a "normal" dinner. Already at the reception you realize that it is not a normal dinner/lunch but an experience. You never wait too long, while you wait, entrees are brought to help you prepare for the main courses. Care in plating and above all quality of the raw material. Very quiet environment, not the usual chaotic restaurant. Really friendly and extremely helpful staff, the strong point is the service with attention to the smallest details. Humane account, I recommend it for quality-price.

23/02/2024: Scoperto per caso uscendo dall’autostrada. Accoglienza cordiale, locale non grande con atmosfera tranquilla e pacata. Ho assaggiato bigoli con tonno rosso e pomodorini alle erbette e poi il piatto tipico della cucina veneta “baccalà alla vicentina”. Calice di vino mosso della zona. Caffè e … grande soddisfazione perché i piatti erano molto buoni .

I consider it an excellent restaurant, both for the quality of the food, for the excellent wines and above all for the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. At the Cloister you feel at home, the regional cuisine has been elevated to dishes that have nothing to envy of more renowned restaurants. The chef knows his stuff and never disappoints. It's as good for a business lunch as it is for an intimate dinner for a couple, for a family meeting and why not for a treat alone. I love this place and the family that runs it, I will continue to return and bring family and friends and recommend it to anyone. Go there.

29/03/2024: I recently stayed at the "Arnold" with a group of friends and I have to say that the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The restaurant, located in an industrial area outside the city, has a retro American diner atmosphere that immediately captures attention. The small structure, while charming, can feel a little claustrophobic, especially when crowded. Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, we were unlucky in arriving during a busy time, and the place was packed with customers. The lack of space and the absence of adequate air circulation made the atmosphere rather oppressive, with a persistent smell of sweat and fried food permeating the environment. However, despite this inconvenience, the real star of the show at the "Arnold" was the burgers. All of us in the group opted for the burgers and were pleased with both the generous portion size and the delicious flavour. The burgers were succulent and tasty, and the attention to detail in the preparation was evident. Furthermore, the cakes offered for dessert were delicious and ended the meal perfectly. Ultimately, the "Arnold" is a place where you can enjoy authentic American-style burgers, even if the experience can be compromised by crowding and a less than comfortable environment. If you are looking for a culinary delight without worrying too much about the surrounding atmosphere, this could be the right place for you.

20/01/2024: Ritornati dopo qualche anno, trovata la qualità di sempre e una ambiente sempre curato e piacevole. Molto noto per germano e faraona allo spiedo, e piatti derivati. Non molto comune in zona, quindi diventa un po’ un punto di riferimento per chi voglia apprezzare questi menu. Tagliere, crostone, un paio di primi piatti, germano reale (preso in extremis, bisognava prenotarlo), un pollo grigliato. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e tutto gustoso e fatto arte. Unici due appunti che mi sento di fare per completezza, senza nulla togliere all’impegno e al risultato dei gestori: - un po’ confusionario il momento di ordinare. Andrebbero fatti e distribuiti più menù, scritti più in grande e con miglior ordine. Non si capisce quasi niente quando li si guarda. Inoltre, dare a voce tutte quelle variazioni del giorno, assenze e inserimenti di piatti e opzioni crea un discreto stress…meno cose e presentate in maniera più chiara e standardizzata migliorerebbe l’esperienza. Stampare la mattina tre righe su cosa non c’è più e cosa invece c’è anche. - parecchio caro. Tutti i ristoranti hanno nell’ultimo anno aumentato i prezzi, ma a livello di agriturismo, seppur di questo livello, qui siamo decisamente troppo in alto. Detto questo, molto consigliato.

I fell in love with a wine (as a former bartender)... the Torque.. .just the scent of flowers, acacia, honey, light, everything melts in your mouth.......taste it....I recommend it and buy it....you won't regret it.I will return.

24/02/2024: I spent Valentine's Day dinner with my partner at this restaurant. This is the second time I've been to this place, the first time almost 10 years ago. We don't go out to eat often and I had good memories of this place. Upon our arrival we were greeted and shown to our table. The restaurant is very nice and, as its name suggests, modern in style. There were 2 Valentine's Day menus on the table. I chose the meat one composed as follows: - trio of Garronese Veneta beef tartare (paired with stracciatella and confit cherry tomatoes, Cantambrian anchovies and capers, honey mustard and hazelnuts) - ravioli with duck stew on bread and pepper cream - sliced ​​Garronese Veneta beef with rocket and parmesan flakes - side dish of your choice (I took the fried potatoes) My partner chose the fish one composed as follows: - toasted brioche bread with smoked salmon, goat's cheese with pistachio and raspberries - squid ink lasagnette with prawns - grilled octopus tentacles on potato cream, cherry tomatoes and olive powder - side dish of your choice (taken grilled vegetables) The dishes were almost all very good and some were also very original. The ravioli dish with bread and pepper cream (let's say our beloved pearà) was truly super, although I would have preferred a few more ravioli to the 4 served. I ate the trio of tartare very heartily. The cut was a little less so, the meat didn't excite me. My partner was very happy with the dishes she was served. The only flaw was that my partner found a piece of plastic in the lasagnette. The problem was communicated to the waitress who proceeded to take the dish away and serve another one. At the checkout the owner apologized and gave us a discount on the total. All in all we were very happy with the evening, the welcome and the service.

12/02/2024: I went last Saturday for dinner with my wife and friends. I found a fairly spacious place (always better to book to be safe), clean, tidy, with very friendly and fast service. The pizzas are very varied and good. The cost is normal (pizza and beer around 15 euros). Outdoor parking available. Recommended if you are in the area!!!
