He describes his poor cuisine dishes by telling the story and letting you experience the flavors of his unique raw materials. An unforgettable experience. The quality/price ratio is excellent and above all you don't pay for true and sincere sympathy!

Good food good welcome good value for money

Did someone say TUNA? I returned to Tonno di Corsa a few days ago during a short trip to Carloforte. First of all, I would like to thank the managers for finding us a table at the last minute, you saved our dinner. The dinner was all concentrated in a riot of appetizers accompanied by Antonella Corda's incredible cannonau. Cannonau with fish you say? That Cannonau, modern, elegant enough to recall an excellent French Pinot noir and that tuna in all its shapes and consistencies went together perfectly. Thanks to Secondo for his hospitality and welcome. Thanks to the sommelier for having endorsed my desire to try that wine. Out of season, living in these places has an edge. And here are the questions I routinely ask myself. Would you recommend it? Without a doubt, if you can not in the chaos of August. Would you go back? I'll be back. I still have a few dishes to validate :)

A dinner to remember for a long time. We chose the €39 tasting menu which is a complete journey from appetizer to sorbet in Carloforte cuisine. It is best to get advice on wine because the list is truly vast and hides hidden pearls. We left happy and fed.

We were welcomed by Segundo and Alessandro, who looked after us and explained everything. We had the tasting menu of four courses, and tuna served 7 different ways and then lemon sorbet to clear the palate 😋. It's the food that matters here, not the view. It is tucked away slightly up the hill from the sea front, but has a light airy balcony. Hope to return to explore particular dishes a bit more.
