Very highly recommended! We've been going to Volpe off and on for years. It is located in the middle of the village with a nice atmosphere. Cooking is done with passion and dedication. You can taste that. The boss pays attention to high-quality, seasonal and regional food. Tourist friendly. In high season, reservations are a must as the restaurant is busy. You can also easily reserve via the Facebook page. There is only a deduction because of the space available inside (but the operator can't do anything about that) and when there's a lot going on, something can get forgotten (drinks). But the service is always very friendly. English and Italian are spoken. The host couple are super super nice and have really created a little gem in the restaurant industry! Bellissimo! 😍 Really delicious Italian cuisine. Very, very high quality of food. Among other things, I had a pizza with salsiccia, fresh porcini mushrooms and fresh black truffle. At its best. For an incredible eight euros. Very kind and nice service. Highly recommended.

Extrasensory experience! A first course whose Wertmuller-like title invites you to reflect on every (perfect) bite you savor. The second that eliminates every (im)possible doubt! I would only eliminate one thing... the word Bar in front of Volpe.
You sit back and enjoy.
The price? It does not matter!
When the welcome, the attention and the happiness of the palate sing in chorus, take everything away from me, even my Breil :-D

The chef is very good at making everything, from pizza to first courses with homemade pasta, to second courses to desserts, always homemade. Quality requires time, so be patient as more than an hour can pass from ordering before being served

Ottima pizza, ben cotta e molto ben condita. Digeribile perché ben lievitata, sicuramente ci torneremo. Anche il paese di Rosignano Marittimo merita una visita

Ogni volta che veniamo in questo ristorante, il livello migliora. Consiglio di venirci la domenica a pranzo, quando con più tranquillità lo chef propone piatti ricercati e di alto livello. Personale simpatico e gentile. In estate la piazzetta è deliziosa. Ottimi anche gli hamburger e le pizze.
